A friend had suggested I look at CrossFit, but I always thought that was comical because I wasn’t one of those girls who jumped over buildings or picked up small cars. That journey led me to Coach Rosie and Coach Jay, who have been amazing and have revolutionized the way I look at my workout. I’ve had multiple injuries and surgeries over the course of my lifetime and have very bad knees. I never feel like I don’t get in an amazing workout because Rosie and Jay are so knowledgeable about muscle groups and how to make them stronger to support joints that they’ve been able to modify certain moves within our daily routines so that I can still get that full experience without damaging anything. They’re thoughtful, encouraging and really like family. I was going through a very tough time when I found them and they’ve helped me get through, I highly suggest you check them out.
