Had previously good experiences here with a stylist who was blonde but my last two were not it. I got a haircut from a different stylist once who I think primarily does men's cuts who cut it super choppy and uneven and I felt bad asking for it fixed but when I got it fixed by the owner I was told it was because I had my hair tied up before (which has never been an issue elsewhere?).
