My family and I have lived here for 14 years. We are from New Orleans and have waited a very long time for someone to make Sno-balls like home. I seen the negative reviews and I don’t think that them being closed for an emergency or remodel is a reason you should not try a sno-ball. I wish people would use the rating stars correctly. We are humans living on this planet and we are not perfect and things do happen. So don’t publicly bash a business for something that happened beyond their control! I can’t tell you how many times I have showed up to a business and they were closed and not one time have I ever shamed them publicly for it! Be civil and call them and discuss it with them, if it bothered you that much.

The location is not hard to get to. Its right next to Big R on Fontaine. It’s a new location, so be patient the sign will eventually be there.

My first time was better than my last, I saw that they pack down the snow balls which makes it a little hard crunchy and messy I asked the girl if she could not pack it so much for me she handles it with no problem❤️ I then came a second time and the “big boss” was there I asked if he could not pack mine as much because it falls over and makes a mess and I like the texture soft like snow, also I was willing to pay full price I just don’t want it so packed and crunchy then the “big boss” passive aggressively kept saying no he can’t that’s the way they make it about 5x after I kept saying okay… 5x.
