Updated to reply to whoever responded to this review…. When a review is made on Google, it is assumed that management will see it and fix the problem mentioned. The customer being asked to go out of their way to fix something that should be basic knowledge isn’t appropriate. The fact that nothing was offered to provide a refund or some type of remedy, yet expect the customer to do more, is extremely disappointing. Possibly whoever responded can contact the location themselves to ensure proper training is provided, seeing I’ve already lost about $25 with the tip, not to mention a two-day sickness. This wasn’t just a simple mistake. This was a guaranteed, always great, place to eat until fall of last year. The last 2 visits were not very good in regard to service nor food but decided to go this last week. Very few customers and food came out super fast but just luke warm, including the refried beans for the chips. I ordered the Camarones Portuguese for the first time and was excited. I cut it and dipped in the cheese and honestly was not impressed. Luckily I wasn’t able to eat it all so took home three pieces. I had stomach issues for 2 days and decided to look at the shrimp I brought home to see if it could be the culprit and was shocked. A whole piece of bacon was used on each shrimp, with just the outward section on each cooked. 80% of each strip was raw! I was shocked that whoever cooked these didn’t cut them in smaller pieces or precook it prior to wrapping. We paid $18 for raw pork. I am now praying that over the next week I don’t come down with anything serious, as eating raw pork is a huge no-no and very dangerous. Get this fixed pronto!!

Can't find a working phone number so I'll just leave this here. I want to start by saying I normally like this place a lot. They usually have big portions, of good food, for a good price. That being said, tonight was very bad. I made a to go order, for pick up, of three meals costing $48 dollars. Got home with them only to realize all three meals were severely lacking on food portions! It almost looked like someone else had eaten some of the food before I got there. Barely any rice or beans in any of these meals. One didn't have any rice. @Manager, consider retraining whoever was in charge of making and packing the to go orders on President's Day night 2024. They are going to cost you customers. Update 1: My wife was so upset, we ended up driving back to return the food. The manager in charge of online orders wasn't there, but the manager who was there handled it well and said we would be refunded. His response is getting you some extra credit on service. However, that was counteracted by the woman at the front desk asking accusingly if we'd ate some of the food before bringing it back. If that was your first impression, just know... that was my first impression too; I wondered who had gotten to my food before I did. That's what the food looked like when I got it home, we didn't eat any of it. It was not a problem with my integrity, it was a problem with the to go service. Update 2: The next day the manager called me and arranged the refund. The manager was kind and professional and agreed that the dishes should not have come out like this. Thank you for your customer service and placing importance in your customer's experience wit you!

I just experienced the worst in customer service from 3 margaritas…it’s really sad, disappointing and unfortunate. I have patronized this restaurant many times. I had an issue with my 2/14/2024 order (It was Valentine’s Day and my meal was not fulfilled as I requested. And the portions were not worth 80.00 to include tip)-). This in itself was disappointing. I was not satisfied with what I received and I called immediately. The mgr or representative that I spoke to was supposed to call me back that night and didn’t …I seemingly got the run around for the duration of two weeks. I finally got a call back (today after my 3rd time)….issue unresolved(didn’t get credit that I asked for and felt that I deserved). I honestly do not feel that I would have gotten a call today if I had not called back again…The overall experience of My Valentine’s Day meal was NOT acceptable …the experience has left me feeling in-valued as a customer. I will not frequent this establishment nor recommend this restaurant to anyone anymore. Below is one of the meals received.

Update My original review was 5 years ago...5☆'s across the board. That was true 3 years ago. The food was great, service, etc... Then, over 3 years ago, we started taking out... 1 - mistake after mistake, and because we loved their food, service, and family-oriented environment, in the past, we let several issues "go," then we began pointing out the errors, and the Manager tried assisting us...but: The missing food, items, the WRONG items, etc got to be too much, so, we stopped ordering (or going) 3+ years ago. So: 1 - I truly hate having to leave negative reviews, (and if you glance at my reviews: there are probably NO MORE than 7 negative reviews in my profile... So, I'm VERY saddened and very upset, that we took a chance and ordered take out 3 days ago...and here are the reasons I am leaving this review: 1 - They COMPLETELY, messed up the order, even though I double-checked and the person taking our order read back to me the order, times because I explained that we had a "break," from ordering through them after the long series of "issues." So: I ordered: 1 entree: Border Enchiladas (typically they come with 2 Enchiladas, so I asked if I could order the 3rd Enchilada. , ordered a large Guacamole, a large queso cheese dip, large tortilla, and typically they give you a fairly small: probably no more than 2 tbsps...so, the final item: I ordered 1 extra small cup of salsa, and said yes, I'm happy to pay for 1 two tbsp of salsa...When I went in to pay, I added 1 dessert. I didn't check the order and had to get to the post office before they closed, so I made the VERY bad decision to trust (because, when I went in, I explained to Pepe that we hadn't been back in a long while, due not only missing or the wrong food issues but, the very bad or nonexistent customer service: for instance the last time before this order: We were missing two items and called, the young lady said: "Well, we didn't charge you, so no biggie." And, right after that, she laughed. That was 3 years ago... So, when I got home from the post office, I opened the bag: The dips and chips were there, however: We received (and paid for) a large salsa when our specific order was just 1 small (extra) 2 tbsps cup (which would not even be close to the huge amount of salsa we ended up paying for) Next, HUGE ISSUE/PROBLEM: We were charged for 3 total entrees when we only ordered: 1 entree: 3 Border Enchiladas... NOT 3 ORDERS OF Enchiladas, which...we ended up paying $81 (plus 5$ tip for takeout.) So, upon discovering it (our huge mistake not to have checked before leaving the restaurant) I called them and explained, and the young lady asked if I wanted to talk to the manager, I said yes, and was placed on hold... I waited a full 15 minutes and finally hung up. **The reason this is so disappointing, is we have a lot of friends and family who visit us here, and we always take them to 3 Margarita's (Widefield) the food was wonderful as was the service... But, we were giving it a "second," chance, and again...wrong food, bad customer service... Well, now we know that we made a wise decision to stop going a few years ago! Life & money are too short to endure "bad," places, with people who don't seem to care. So, we hope you all are getting great food & service. AND: we DO NOT RECOMMEND...

Tres or Three, Either Way It's a Fiesta!

If you're looking for a place that serves up a fiesta on a plate, look no further than 3 Margaritas. Or should I say "Tres Margaritas"? That's the million-dollar question, isn't it? But let's not get lost in translation, the food and drinks here speak a universal language of deliciousness!

From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a warm "Hola!" and a service that's faster than a Speedy Gonzales cartoon. The staff here are so attentive, I'm convinced they've got some sort of sixth sense. I mean, how else do they know the exact moment I'm about to take the last sip of my margarita?

Speaking of margaritas, they're the star of the show. They're so good, you'll start questioning whether it's socially acceptable to drink margaritas for breakfast. (The answer is yes, by the way. I checked.)

The food is nothing short of a culinary fiesta. My personal favorite is the Mexican Trio. It's like the Avengers of Mexican cuisine - Pollo Asado, Carne Asada, and Bacon-Wrapped Shrimp, all teaming up to save your taste buds from the perils of hunger.

The best part? You can enjoy all this goodness from the comfort of your own home, thanks to their pickup service. It's perfect for those days when you want to experience a Mexican fiesta but your couch is just too comfy to leave.

Located in a bustling shopping center, 3 Margaritas is the perfect pit stop for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Just look for the place that's radiating joy and the smell of delicious Mexican food. You can't miss it!

So, whether you say "Three Margaritas" or "Tres Margaritas", one thing's for sure - this place is a must-visit. Just remember, the only thing better than a margarita is... well,...
