I went into the store looking for a plumbing part. Couldn’t find what I was looking for so I went to the front counter for assistance. At the counter were two sales people and each register had a customer who had already completed their purchase. This was apparent because they had thier goods bagged up and appeared ready to leave. The customer and sales person were chatting, at both registers. So I stand there waiting to be helped. Neither sales person acknowledged my precense and just kept on talking. Wasn’t anything important just friendly chit chat. I literally stood there for three minutes while they kept on talking at both registers. I worked in retail and this would’ve been unacceptable where I worked. Not greeting me and saying “I’ll be with you in a minute” very unprofessional and then to not move on to the next customer just stand there and talk forever. Read moreThis is another of those little neighborhood Hardware store you love to have near by! The staff is amazingly friendly, and they are very helpful when it comes to the selection. The only "complaint" I have...is the opening hours. They open first at 7am...but many here in the area are up & getting the day started at 6. PLUS...they are not open at all on Sundays.
