Would leave zero stars if I could. The hens who work here are horrible- they couldn't care less about the customers, they are judgemental and rude. I tried to call prior to 4pm, I tried the 800 number before 4pm, I tried the new website but it says I'm not a registered user even tho I set up my account last month- all to no avail. I paid first thing the following morning but they STILL shut off my water. All they had to do was call the guy who goes around town turning off people's water and tell him to mark me off the list but that would mean they couldn't charge that $80 reconnect fee that I GUARANTEE ends up in one of their Coach knockoffs. I've never dealt with a utility company who allows the secretaries to have complete control. One of these days these cows will get what's coming to them. They have a 1.6 out of 5 rating- I would think SOMEONE would notice and do something about it. The *itch actually told me "you had plenty of opportunities to pay it before it was to be shut off." Read moreI had Riverside Water for many years and had very few problems. Now that we are on Sellersbury Water we get brown water and low water pressure. I did a load of white clothes the other morning to fine that when I opened the washer I had brown sheets. Wow this has happened more than one time. I have called the water company with a reply that someone will call me back. Still waiting for my call. All I ask is that we know in advance so we know not to wash or drink the water that day.
