United States Postal Service — Local services in Sellersburg

This post office continues to deliver my packages to the wrong address or they will say they "have no access.". My mailbox is right on the street and is accessible and my porch is accessible. There is absolutely no reason why they should not be able to deliver my packages in a timely manner and to the correct address. My house number is fully visible from the street. It's strange how Amazon delivered a package the same day that this post office said my package was unable to be delivered because my home was not accessible. The clerks inside of this post office lack manners. I went in during a busy day, so I assumed they were overwhelmed, and I understand how that feels. I went back in & I was the only customer in the store, the two clerks were chit chatting and took 5 minuets to acknowledge that I was standing there. USPS in general is unhelpful, slow, and not friendly. Especially so here at the Sellersburg location. There is a middle aged bald man that is consistently rude in his dealings with customers. Multiple times there have been several people roaming around the back of the branch with only 1 or 2 at the counter up front while customers line up deep.
