Waffle House — Restaurant in Sellersburg

Thanks to this place I dont think I'm ever going to a waffle house again. Ordered some breakfast from them on June 2nd they got my order wrong so my wife went back up to get it corrected and was met.with opposition from one of the workers then they redid my food but still failed to put bacon on the bacon cheese steak sandwich. Then I spent the rest of my day with horrible diarrhea from their "corrected order". We called to get a refund for the horrible food and service and were told the district manager would give us a call back. Spoiler alert No call ever came. We called today to check on the situation and the district manager was there and one of the employees had lied and told her I was sick prior to getting the food which was not the case at all. And now instead of refund the food they messed up and the horrible stomach issues it gave me they offered to give me $25 dollar meal instead of my money. I do not want to be sick again so obviously that's not going to be what I opt for when asked to just refund the $23 it has been met with nothing but excuses and opposition. Horrible company and even worse employees. 10/10 would not eat here if I was starving and there was no other option. I wasnt expecting a lot from waffle House but they couldn't even provide the bare minimum. Needless to say if zero star reviews were possible that is exactly what I'd...

Had to drive home from work one night/morning @ around 3am. Leaving Louisville heading North on 65 needing coffee like a fish needs water to survive my 90min drive home. I seen the "Waffle House this exit" sign like a lighthouse beacon flashing for my survival on this dark misty highway of loneliness. So I take the exit an go down the road a bit an pull in the parking lot. Getting out of my truck and walking up to the door I notice there is absolutely no one else in sight except the two women working. I step in the door and ask if they had a fresh pot of coffee brewed, the one women says no the other says yes..... I'm confused? By this point if you are still reading this so are you!..... They did have coffee the one woman made some behind the other woman's back. So they may have some issues to work out between them and I? Well, I got a great cup of coffee and good service. You on the other hand need to ask yourself what did I come here looking for? This is a Waffle House review for a restaurant in middle America population: who cares! I wish I could leave zero stars. I was very disappointed. I love Waffle House, but this location has been the worst ever, to start my coffe was cold, I let the server know she made a very obvious ugly facial expression, instead of saying "am sorry let me get some fresh coffee" but I was okay but after one of my order arrived The Texas Patty Melt, the meat was under cooked, again... her facial expression she said "Oh it's cooked" my husband just had lost his appetite after that. The other plate in my order The Grilled Chicken Bowl after eating a couple of bites of it "A human hair" mixed in between the Hasbrowns. I called the waiter again. That was it that lady lost it.. "Yall have been complaining since yall got here, coffe cold, meat no cooked. Yelling... so yall gonna eat and not pay for the food? I was eat what? She handle this situation poorly. It was discussing for an early breakfast and a terrible customer service, her nastiness ruined my day. I will NEVER eat here again. Thank God am traveling and...
