Straight to the point. The customer service here seems to be always pleasent they're just very slow. The blizzards are usually good but I've had mine seamingly half melted when they hand it to me in the window and no they don't flip it. But the thing that got me to post a review is I bought a burger combo. They got the order wrong but whatever that wasn't the main issue. I still got a cheeseburger but let me tell you this burger..... This burger was the absolute worst quality burger I've ever had, hands down. The meat was basically all cartilage and grissle. I had two bites and spat the second bite out. I couldn't chew the meat at Al every bite was like chewing on chunks of rubber and oh god the texture was just God awful... The lettuce seemed to taste like the bag it came from and just had an old tired smell over it. The sauce was very abundant and splattered on. They may have gotten less sauce on the burger if they just dipped it in a bucket of sauce. This burger tasted like if someone was trying to make home made McDonald's burgers on a budget. 12 dollars for the weakest fries and worst burger of my life. Wasn't worth it at all. I DO NOT recommend their burgers and if they make you ice cream good luck getting it served to you frozen... I'm really not wild about this location now after having so many disappointmenting food experiences.... That burger was unbelievably gross... Wow...
Reply: To the "owner" that asked me to tell them what's going on through the link. No. This is YOUR responsibility. If you took the time to say you're sorry your customer had that experience... Then maybe reflect on what you just read. We as customers don't need to file formal complaints. You as an owner need to open your eyes to common feedback you're getting. Look at all the one star reviews you've gotten in just the last couple of months. Something in management is FAILING here and YOU need to address it. Not your customers. If anything your customers should report your franchised store to corporate for not upholding your contractual agreement with DQ for their quality standards. That's what the customer SHOULD be doing. Get your act together, these reviews are unacceptable. And if you cant correct your businesses errors as a franchise you shouldn't be running one....
Read moreIf I could give this place a negative 5 I would! I never take the time to post reviews but I cant help but to share my experience. I went this morning to get breakfast placed my order through the drive-tru. The employee had absolutely no patience and was so quick to say whats next whats next. Part of my order was TWO orders of pancakes. She informed me it was going to be a 10 min wait on pancakes. I agreed that was fine paid for my food and parked in a waiting spot. The worker comes out gives me my food. I look through the bag and I am missing 2 burritos and a order of pancakes. I go into the restaurant and a male worker said oh they forgot to give you your burritos, I said correct and a order of pancakes. Alicia the worker comes over and says no you ordered 2 pancakes I said no I ordered 2 orders of pancakes. So she marches over to the register to print out a receipt of what she rang up to show me what I ordered. I said well im sorry if that is what you heard but I need 2 orders. Then she proceeds to go to the register and rings me up for 2 more pancakes. I said maam are you really going to charge me for those after I just sat out here longer then 10 mins waiting on my food AND you forgot my burritos. I said you would think you would comp these with all the trouble I have dealt with here ( mind you these pancakes came up to less then 3.00) the other customer in the store was floored could not believe she was charging me! She even offered to pay for them I said no I will go back out to my car and get the money. I then said who is a manager here? She said I am pointed to another female in the store and a male in the back. She said we are all managers. WOW and no one thought it was appropriate to apologize or take care of my 2.50 pancakes?? THEN after dealing with the rudeness the unprofessionalism I come home with the food and I will post the pictures of these pancakes that were so deformed and gross my kids would not even eat them. The hash-browns were so greasy cold and old they just broke off in the bag and were disgusting! This store needs to be shut down for a while. There needs to be serious customer service training, ethics training, and cooking. I will NEVER ever return to this dairy queen. I am disappointed...
Read moreOnly gave 1 star because I cant give ZERO!! Got here @ 910 pm...ordered a cheeseburger meal, 6 PC strip basket w/ drink, 2 PC strip kids meal, and $7 meal deal 3 pc strip basket. Wouldn't ya know...ice cream came up 1st...go figure. Finally get food at 935 that had been sitting under the lights since 922...guess what? Cold! I then tell the girl Im missing the kids meal. She walks over to the register and grabs a kids meal that had been sitting there since we ordered...apparently someone returned it as something they didn't order. I refuse and she has the nerve to ask if I want it remade. Um...what do you think?! Before she walks away, I tell her my other food was not only cold since it had sat there for damn near 15 minutes, but was also buffalo when I ordered regular and want it remade. She goes and tells someone who yells, "she's just gonna have to wait her turn!" Wow! At this point I had been waiting for a fully complete hot order for 30 minutes. By now my kids ice cream sundaes are liquid. They finally bring me food so I check it. Barely warm and incomplete and the Texas toast is soggy bread. In total I should have 11 strips between the 3 meals. Im coming home with 7 strips that are less than warm and soggy bread & fries with liquid ice cream sundaes. Awesome job DQ! Maybe if you all wasnt so worried about the drive thru getting their ice cream and concentrated more on the dining room orders being made, there wouldnt be an issue. This is why I hadn't stepped foot in a DQ in over 10 years until a month ago at this same location. That experience restored my faith in DQ...until tonight. Calling corporate first thing Monday and demanding a full refund and going forth I will never frequent another DQ in my life. Ended up tossing $30+ worth of food and went home to eat ham sandwiches instead. By the time I was actually leaving the store, it was 947...
