Tim was incredibly rude and very unprofessional when faced with a speed problem on a laptop.

When I asked if he considered changing an Ethernet setting from “auto negotiate” to “100x10 Full Duplex” he became very defensive and copped an attitude.

Wouldn’t recommend this guy if he was the last computer repair...
