Rooms: The first time I ever stayed here with my family, the room we were staying in was poorly decorated and the floor was uneven. One of the bedrooms, mysteriously, gave us a horrible headache. I wish I could remember the unit’s number. The second time we stayed, the room was great! It was fresh, modern, and very “beachy”! We stayed in that room twice we loved it so much! It started to feel like our home away from home. I highly recommend looking at the pictures of each unit carefully before choosing. The reviews also.

Pet friendly: Just make sure your dog doesn’t bark even a little. We got a noise complaint because our dog barked for a few minutes (in the mid-day). There’s a lot of grass for your dog to play in and do their business. There’s a doggy poo bag station, conveniently placed near the grass. And, there’s a dog beach not too far from Sea Club.

Landscaping & scenery: The landscaping here is so beautiful! There’s an awesome dock that’s perfect for fishing. The water from the dock is great for kayaking, there’s even a little kayak ramp. The whole place is booming with pretty wildlife (like the cute little bunnies that run in the shrubs). There’s shuffleboard next to the picnic area. The picnic area is shaded, so you don’t have to worry about the rain. It has lots of seating, so if you’re reserving it for a party it’ll fit your guests. There’s a grill that’s next to a non-shaded picnic table off in the grass. And, this is all right next to the dock, so you’ll see the water the whole party long. I also love how there’s a little sidewalk around the pool; it’s a perfect dog walking track. And let’s not forget the pool! It’s awesome to be able to head straight from the beach to the pool or from the pool to the beach! It’s always super clean and very calm (no loud neighbors or rambunctious kids).

Location: It’s a short walk to the beach, around 5 minutes, but if you have little ones it’s a downside that you have to cross the street (which, on certain days, is quite busy). There’s a coffee shop (in walking distance), an ice cream shop (in walking distance), a candy shop (in walking distance), a gift shop (in walking distance), a pizza shop (short drive), the beach (in walking distance), a bait shop (short drive), and a vegan-friendly ice cream shop (a long walk away or a short drive).

Neighbors: For the most part, the neighbors are pretty quiet and friendly. But obviously you may get the kind that are loud or rude. I’ve only had two rude neighbors and I’ve been going there for a long time. Sometimes, people that aren’t staying there will swim in the pool, and they’re usually always loud. But usually they’re quiet (except coming up stairs 😅) and very friendly.

Parking: On holidays like 4th of July, the parking is HORRIBLE. People who aren’t staying there will park just to go to the beach. It’s terribly inconvenient, so I recommend not leaving the day of. Otherwise, the parking is usually normal—meaning—you’ll get a spot.

Service: The service is great. The rooms are always clean. They have supplies you can pay for. The staff is very friendly (like, really friendly). The landscape is spotless and beautiful. The pool area is well-kept. It’s just really good service.

Overall: It’s a great place for a family vacation. Or if you’re an older couple looking for a place near the beach, this is the place. Depending on the room you can be overlooking the water or the pool (in some cases, the parking lot). It’s a really awesome place. I love it! 10/10,...

We began our stay trapped in the elevator until the local fire department could get us out. As we thanked them we were told “This is the 2nd time today.” We arrived to our unit of the condo to find not only is it severely outdated but it also is not clean. There is a horrible smell throughout the unit There is random decor and everything is in poor condition. The couch and chairs make spring noises and are very uncomfortable. The ceilings, the wall, and the floors all need repairs. Blinds will not open. The carpet and rugs are matted down. Very disappointed. The price is too expensive for this type of housing, especially when compared to other surrounding units offered. I would be embarrassed to advertise this unit. Woman who manages property is clearly in over her head, trying to run 2 businesses. The rental office and check in process is no longer right on the property. Waited for almost 3 hours for room to be finished cleaning, they don’t employ enough cleaning people. Had to request hand soap, laundry soap and a blow dryer, none in unit. No extra toilet paper, no area rugs anywhere, people before us broke the shower bar so the head just hung to the floor. She came to fix it the following day, but we had to stay on top of her to ensure she came. Pool and barbecue area are great. Too many other places around, will not stay there again.
