Be aware of this store's practice. I'm sure when AT&T is made aware of the store's practices there will be some store MGMT changes made. My experience was a nightmare. I was there to exchange my broken phone, which required an upgrade. In the process i discovered my bill was to be monthly charged 2 fee's, which I did not need or approve: insurance $17.99 and a phone upgrade offer (up next) of $10.99. When I challenged these charges, the nightmare began. I spent at least 7 hrs that day making calls (3) and 2 trips to the local store to get this reconciled. I am currently in a 14-day waiting period to have the second charge removed (why). To me it seemed that the delays were merely an attempt to wear the customer (me) down so that I would give up and concede the charges. Not happening. Now I am awaiting a fourth call to have the second charge ($10.99/month) removed because I shouldn't have to wait 14 days. It became clear to me (thru the calls and store visits) that these charges and practices are "store management policy" not company policy. The young man I was assigned (Amond) was very helpful and knowledgeable but it seemed was simply following store policy. When I questioned the charges, he gave me a piece of paper with an AT&T number to call to have the charges removed. Not knowing this would take 14 days to complete I accepted the info/phone #....
   Read moreStill can't give this store no stars. Last night the two guys were in such a hurry to leave that they made a loud sound unhooking phones. I was in a bad accident Saturday and this brought me back to that moment. I dropped my tablet and a galaxy s came up missing WITH only the 3 of us. After unhooking phones them started vacuuming. Even after att talked to them they still refused my upgrade. I was treated poorly very poorly. Instead of helping a customer they sent me on my way. The phone was no where to be ok found. They caused my to drop I pad mini4 when this loud noise came on. Brought me back to a Saturday when I was in a wreck and rolled 3 times! They did not want to help me only get me out. It's truly a shame customer service has turned out line like this. They make me feel like dirt on there shoes definetly not like the slogan.... make you feel line family.    Read moreI wish I wasn’t even able to give them 1 star…. They kept sending me in and out of the store. I bought new iPhones online. Went in store to activate them. Our phone Numbers got put on the wrong phones. When transferring it over the whole account got messed up. Now neither of the phones will work, our original numbers we were bringing over now don’t work. My account they keep trying to access won’t work. It keeps asking to send a one time pin pass code to our phone numbers but we haven’t had cellphone service in a week because the phones won’t work with the cellular service now. I’ve now had these phones for a total of 1 1/2 weeks and my 14 day return policy is almost up. so now I’m responsible for 2 new iPhones that wont text or call because of AT&Ts fault and they won’t give me a return label in store or online to return the phones without a passcode pin that I was “apparently asked” to make.
