The worst customer service anywhere. I was laughed at and ridiculed when I asked them to please return a pair of glasses we accidentally left in their shop. I offered to pay shipping and whatever their time was worth to get them sent to Ct. We made a purchase from them - not just browsing. They are willing to ship their on line purchases anywhere but I was told they are “way to busy” to return anything form their Lost and found. Didn’t look very busy to me, being the only customers on a weekday in Port Towndsend. Usually “spiritual “ people are about helping their fellow man in a peaceful way, but these hypocrites are all about making a buck. I'm a geologist. I'm usually really disappointed in crystal shops but this was fantastic. Real specimens of all sizes and a great variety. I didn't ask about their buying practices but I didn't see many of the minerals known to be unethically sourced. Pieces made of glass were labeled "glass". Both big green flags in my book.
