Called 5 days in advance to get flowers to my mother for her 90th bday as I live out of state. Williams assured me they had it all under control and would send me a pic of the flowers they were going to deliver. I call my mother at 5:30pm to wish her happy bday and fishing about the flowers. No flowers. I call Williams they assure me they were "out for delivery". The driver calls me back and says she was "on her way" and I asked how far out - her answer 1 HOUR! So my flowers were delivered after 7PM and my mother had already left to go out to dinner to celebrate her birthday, moment lost. Thanks Williams Oh and I never got a picture. Do not use this service. Williams Flowers in Sequim is a “satellite location” for pick ups and the pick up system doesn’t work. The driver of my order made it all the way here from Silverdale and then couldn’t get inside, because it was closed? Why would your website allow an order to be placed with a date and location that would be closed?
