Wow feeling so blessed today living at Oxford!!!... Carlos was great, I had a good idea of what I wanted and he explained the differences in the specific Purple models I was choosing from. He also gave me good comparisons on the adjustable bases in comparison with the old one I already have and I’m very happy with my choices. Also very impressed with how super fast the set will come and the haul away of all the old stuff (on a Sunday yet!). We bought our guest bed here 3 years ago and everyone has said they liked it (a beauty rest hybrid Norman) plus we’ve slept on it too. Was going to get another for ours but opted for Purple after trying them out on another foray months ago tho opted not to buy anything at the time. I doubt I would ever buy one online- there’s no comparison to be able to go around and lie on them a while and feel the difference.

Update: there was a mattress mis-selection goof on the final order that I discovered on delivery day, luckily I called in and they were able to stop the delivery Sunday and Monday I spent an hour w/Rick who was super helpful and considerate (and very calm!) in getting it corrected and updated (thank you again Rick!) and it was delivered yesterday and I couldn’t be happier! Gotta recommend the folks at the Sequim store absolutely!...
