On 07/17/21, service Iāve received from customer service desk at Sequim Home Depot was unacceptable, unfriendly, also employees who at desk have no customer service skill nor knowledge, they were plain Rude people with terrible attitude, Iām still upset even think about it. Iām new to town and just bought a house not far from the store, we already purchased lots of stuff and ordered thru web and deliver to store, since itās a new home and we need lots things for new home. Unfortunately only one Home Depot in town, I have to tell you this store certainly have problems, every time I go there I have never seen employee that have smile on their face nor greet, they all looks like angry. Itās so hard to get help, finally get some one, itās like such wasted my time, their attitude like WHY ME. I ordered lot stuffs for my new house, got a notification from store that I need to pick up couple of items out of my order, went to store to pick up, I told her that need to pick up my order, she took receipt and said only one item is here, so I pointed out to her this said two items ready to pick up, then she even receipt said some not actually here I thought that was very real, she said check with in few days, so there is nothing I can do the order is not there to pick up even receipt said isā¦.. I asked her to print out receipt that I picked up. After browsing store Iām not sure why I decided to look at the receipt good thing I looked at it, it was a wrong receipt, went back to desk and told her that you gave a wrong receipt. She then snatched out of my hand not even apologize to me nothing, Iāve noticed she was struggling to print out new one, but some reason she took such long time to do it, after awhile few others involved trying to help, but did not succeed it. By then every one showing attitude, and I'm getting tired as well, so I told them just cancel my items even that they couldnāt do it. Iāve walked out of store and I called my self to Home Depot.com and explained situation, they apologized to me and canceled the two items for me. Wow..Wow Never again, my future Home Depot shopping will different store even I have to drive an hourā¦...

I'm going to start off by saying we normally have good experiences at this Home Depot. My husband and I spend lots of money here, and had planned to spend more. However, after this incident, we may be taking our business elsewhere. We ordered a shower/tub combo a few weeks ago and were notified when it was ready for pickup. After picking it up, I quickly realized it was only the shower wall kit, and the tub was missing. I pulled up my Home Depot app and found that the item had been shipped in two different packages. One of these packages was not delivered to the store yet; however, it said it was picked up. This was on June 4. I instantly called the store to explain, asking them to please notify me when the other part of our item was delivered. Tonight (June 9) my husband went in to Home Depot to pick up the tub. I was never notified, and my app and tracking number told me it was delivered June 5 and was at the store. Upon arrival, he had to explain to a customer service employee, Jenn, who accused him of already picking up the item, even after giving the order number and tracking number, and seeing a note on the order from another employee from June 4. After about 30 minutes of Jenn doing virtually nothing to try to find this tub, and after other Home Depot employees came around and were unwilling to help search for it in the store, my husband was told that they simply couldn't find it. This item was paid for weeks ago and is needed for our plumber in two days. The store was closing, and my husband was told that the night custodian would look for it, after the employees finally admitted it was their mistake. Our family has three business accounts with this Home Depot and we expect to be treated with urgency and respect. In addition, my husband spent an hour and a half traveling to pick up this tub, and now has to return another day to pick it up. A complete waste of time. Being the mother of a newborn I needed to make this trip as quick as possible so I could get home to feed my baby. I tried to call and ask if they would bring the freezer to the Loading doors where I would purchase it and have it loaded into my truck, but they said they do not do that. I then arrived at the location and went in the loading doors to the register and asked if they would bring this deep freezer up because I wanted to purchase it and have it loaded into my truck. The man proceeded to tell me that they did not do this I needed to go to the service desk and they would do it for me. I then went to the service desk and they told me they did not do this I needed to go to appliances and they would do this for me. I went to appliances where two old women worked because it was so busy I had trouble finding help. I then found a woman and told her I would like to purchase this freezer she led me to where the freezers were and asked if I had a cart to put the freezer in. I told her I did not I just wanted this freezer to be taken up to the front where my truck was waiting for it to be loaded. She said I needed to get a flat cart and she would help me load it. This made me uncomfortable as she is extremely old and I am not an extremely strong person. I managed to go to the other end of the store for the second time and find a flat cart which I took back with me then I had to wait for her to get done helping other customers so that she could load this onto the flat cart for me. Then I took it to the front and purchased it and had it loaded into my truck. Of all the Home Depots I've been to over the West Coast this was my worst experience. Usually the workers are eager to help and do what they can to make your experience Timely and convenient. I why not recommend this Home Depot if you have a choice to go somewhere else with better...
