If you haven't tried Koto, U MUST!! (And I'm guessing you're also probably new to Sequim, too, so welcome!!,👋) This place has grown so much this last year, and yet their food, their amazing employees, and the cooks behind the curtain creating the deliciousness have all stayed the same. ❤️ My go-to is the chicken fried rice, my husbands is the chicken yakisoba.. To be honest, I haven't explored the menu much because I fear I'll miss not taking the opportunity to eat my favorite fried rice lol I deliver for doordash and the variety of orders I pick up are wide spread. I hear non-stop raves about their super fresh and flavorful sushi. I've heard more times than I can count that it's the best in our town. So if you're after sushi, look no further! (** they roll all the sushi fresh, per order at their well equipped sushi bar by some serious sushi masters! I've seen their rolls, and they could absolutely be in a food magazine!) So to sum it up, every menu item is fantastic, you won't be disappointed no matter what u choose to try.. The portions are very generous! They do have Boba.., Quite a few flavors! (and u can pick your jellyballs) There is seating inside if you want to dine in, or their takeout is easy to order as well. The employees are soo nice and the sushi artists are top notch.. finally, their masters serving up all the magic never seem to have an off day.. 5/5 stars,...
Read moreI’ve been a KT customer for nearly my entire decade living here. Their sushi and yakisoba were incredible with tons of fresh veggies and fish. For the last few years, the quality has severely declined, the prices are way too high, and the portion sizes have been halved. I can normally order two large entrees online for pickup for around $35. Today, I ordered from their new website for pickup. One portion of “large” beef yakisoba (an additional $4) with fried rice (an additional $2) was $27 +change after taxes and fees. There was a suggested tip of $4 which was shocking as I was picking it up and the price was already sky-high. I figured there would be enough beef to skip out on our usual order of orange chicken or beef bulgogi. I was very wrong. The amount of beef is like one piece shredded into almost ground-like chipped beef. There were soggy pieces of cabbage scattered throughout with some squishy veggies - definitely not the fresh, crispy veggies I’m used to. The noodles seemed cheaper and thinner, too, almost like spaghetti. The yakisoba sauce was even different, with a sickly sweet finish. Needless to say, the steep increase in prices for what tastes like prison food just isn’t...
Read moreReally miss the original owners who opened Koto they would do anything to make their customers happy exact opposite for these owners. Won't make your food spicy if you order a combo even though they have done it for me many times, if you do get literally anything spicy they charge you 2$ more for an already overpriced menu. My last visit tonight food just super plain no sauce whatsoever on my sweet n sour chicken it wasn't sweet or sour just gross soggy breaded chicken the teriyaki chicken had no sauce on it I saw you could buy a tiny little cup of it for 2$ so I guess that's not given on your food anymore either. If you want spice and sauce get ready to pay 21$ for a single dinner combo but the spice and sauce are about the only thing that makes it half decent to eat. Long rant but I'm just bummed used to love eating here but Bento across the street is way better in every single way go there instead! (Edited for this restaurants reply) maybe you should make your customers happy instead of limiting everything the previous owners did it! Your reviews are living off the previous owners restaurant it's time to set the record straight on...
