I stopped into HoneyBaked Co. For some sandwiches 🥪 for dinner and I had the pure pleasure of receiving Excellent service from Ms. Brenda. This Woman truly has the BEST skills related to customer service I have experienced in a very long time👏🏽. I started by explaining to Ms. Brenda that I experienced some difficult 😳 issues with HB Co., App and that I was frustrated, due to I was trying to save some time so as to pick up dinner and make my next appointment on-time and it's Friday. Ms. Brenda without hesitation was very compassionate after listening and she hurried to put my order together so I could make my 🚗 repair appointment, she even explained my situation to Mr. Nicholas her cashier who thoroughly washed his hands and helped Brenda with my order; I Paid and left. Subsequently, I made my 🚗 appointment with 8min to spare for check in. I had to take time out to Thank and Encourage these two absolutely amazing people. I've been in the shopping center since I was about four years of age the only thing that has changed is more modern restaurants but still love the fact that I am able to come here to get what I need. The only thing that I have problem with it is the traffic that comes in and out by Mackenzie Road. It's a little confusing they have a unnecessary stop sign that is a little Annoying every time I go into the Plaza. They have everything you need from Hardware banking five and below Ledo's Pizza breakfast Shoppe, The Noodle Company Ect... stop by and see this beautiful Plaza in Severna Park in Anne...
