āāāāā Absolutely amazing experience at this DIY boba shop for my son's birthday party!
From start to finish, everything was seamless. Booking was incredibly easy, and they even accommodated us with a private party on a day they're normally closed. The co-owner and general manager were both on-site throughout the event, helping with setup and cleanup - talk about exceptional service!
The highlight was definitely the hands-on DIY boba experience. The GM or co-owner would walk our party guests through the process step-by-step, offering great recommendations on how to mix and match ingredients for either perfectly balanced flavors or fun, unique combinations. They had something for everyone - kid-friendly options, vegan alternatives, and both milk-based and tea-based drinks with zero sugar and zero caffeine options available.
The pricing was incredibly reasonable for both the individual bobas and the overall party package, especially considering the personalized attention and private venue access we received.
As regular customers, we keep coming back because this place truly stands out. They use authentic Taiwanese ingredients (and yes, Taiwan is the birthplace of bubble tea in the 1980s!), creating that genuine boba experience. The atmosphere is so welcoming and family-friendly with free board games, three soccer football tables, video console hook ups to their TV screens, free stickers, and coin-free video games for the kids. Little cute details, like easy WiFi connection via QRC, truly show how much they care about the customer experience.
This isn't just a boba shop - it's a community space that goes above and beyond. Highly recommend for parties, casual visits, or anyone wanting authentic bubble tea in a genuinely friendly environment!
If you have any issues with the boba or donāt like what you mixed, just talk to the staff and they will help you fix the issue. Such a great place!
Thank you so much! Canāt wait to come back...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI very rarely leave reviews unless I feel the need to, but this place absolutely deserves it. I love boba tea and deserved to treat myself after a not-so-fun trip to Johns Hopkins. This boba tea place was along my route home so I wanted to check it out. I got way more than I originally expected. First off, you can make your own boba tea! Think of it like a frozen yogurt place, so you pick the milk teas, syrups, amount of ice, and any additional toppings, along with the boba! It's so cool. You even get to put the little plastic cover on. Then there's the treats. Today I got a fluffy cheesecake and the opera cake, both amazing. One of the owners was working and was so amazing, helping me figure out the process of making your own boba (she also offered to make it for me if that's more your thing) and let us have several samples to try! The place is decently large, plenty of room to come in and hang while you enjoy your drink or snack. There's a bunch of board games and other activities to entertain. And even better, she has free stickers at the front! Overall, the food, drinks, and vibes are top tier. I would go here all the time if I lived closer! However, my trips to the hospital will now be made much better thanks to being able to stop...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreA delightful gem worth a visit by families and adults with a sense of fun (or who love bubble tea). This shop has two stations with machines for making your own boba tea ā or chocolate drink, or fruity tea, or or or... You can customize your beverage in a myriad different ways. If we lived closer, the kid and I would stop in regularly to try out the different options, of which there are a LOT! Plus it's fun to say "Pika!" as you press the Pokemon button at the end of the machines to seal your boba cup.
Other notes: Fantastic for families, they have multiple "soccer tables" where kids can sit and kick a ball back and forth while enjoying their boba. They also have a ton of board games, and an arcade game or two. Awesome lactose -free milk tea options galore! Pastry items, including a few things that are gluten-free. Fantastic Staff who patiently walk you through how to make your tea the first time. There are so many options, it's like a cross between a fountain soda machine with a touchscreen and a Sweet Frog. At first you're like, "How do I do this?" but it's totally intuitive after the first...
