I love this store... Love the two guys Michael and Jonathon who normally works at the self checkout! Very respectful, kind, very helpful with anything you need. I wish all cashiers were this pleasant!
The store has plenty to offer, from nice looking produce, to a big selection of Organic grocery items. I can not tell you how awesome their prices are as I have no words to describe it. I just wish everyone had a Kroger.
We are very blessed to still be able to receive doubling on our coupons. I'm not sure how this will affect my shopping experience if/when they quit doubling or taking coupons period as I have heard. I drive 22 miles or more to get to this Kroger and it's always worth the trip!
As for managers... I'd like to say that Mr.Johnson, and another guy they call Josh (might be manager or service desk manager) are very pleasant to speak with and always nice and helpful. There IS one whom I do not know his name that is very unfriendly, rude and to be honest, if I had to deal with him, would never shop at this Kroger. In business, no matter whether you like woman or not, it's no place for rudeness or disrespectful comments. Maybe he needs to take notes from the other managers!
I give this place 5 Stars for it's atmosphere, cleanliness, and hospitality not to mention the best prices in town... and yes that is not a joke.. just visit the other grocery chain FC and you will know...
Read moreMy wife must have been mad at me today, she asked me to make a "Quick" trip to Kroger for her. I looked for a Loaf of Sour Dough Bread....no luck. Went to get a loaf of Arnolds Bread and the attached pictures are wheat I found in the bread section. All empty and no sign explaining anything. Went to the fish counter, nobody at home....no bell to ring....waited and then moved on. Picked up a bag of frozen shrimp marked use the bar code and your member card to get that price. I then only found about half the flavors of the Vitamin Water Additives. Then I accidently stumbled upon some of the bread about 4 isles over from its usual location. Got my Arnolds Loaf. Went back to the fish counter, still nobody there. Went to check out, could not get the discounted price on the frozen shrimp.....did not buy it. Then went to cash in a lottery ticket, their machine was hung up and had to give up on that.....I got home and explained all this to her and she said .....their digital coupon deal is a farce, that is why I really avoid going there".....then I knew she really was mad at me.... Food City is our preferred...
Read moreKroger has been my go to store since its the cheaper place to get gluten free, dairy free, or vegetarian options, however THE STORE HAS BEEN SHIFTED completely in the most CONFUSING way possible. Normally im in and out within 15 MINUTES but i spent an HOUR today just looking for drinks and the kosher section. It really breaks my heart that Sevierville KROGER specifically GOT RID OF the LABELING FOR the KOSHER products and instead labeled the isle “latin American” and “asian food.” They made the kosher section smaller and now only offer deserts, crackers, and jarred fish. WE NEED KOSHER SIGNAGE AND PRODUCTS!!
The gluten free products have now been mixed into everything instead of having a specific isle and half of the gluten free things arent labeled as such.
Lastly, they put bibles in front of the frozen meat substitutes section. That mixed with removing the signage for kosher products all together has sent a loud...
