Michaels Custom Framing — Local services in Shakopee

I paid for a framing job and my ticket said it would be done in 3 weeks. I called today to see if it was done and the employee who answered the phone said she was the only one in the store and was at the till so she couldn't look. I was trying to ask her when more staff would arrive and she transfered me to the manager who told me she didn't see my project. I asked what I should do now as I was promised it today. She said that her framer had been out for 3 days. I said she had 3 weeks. She replied that she can't help it if she got sick and was calling in another framer who would call me back. I asked if she wanted to write down my number and she said they had it in their paperwork. I did not get a call or email saying it would be late.
