I have to change my review. I originally gave a 5 star review but then I reviewed my receipt and was stunned to see two 29.99 charges listed for setup and Go service. I have had iPhones for years and had already backed up everything at home before coming in. Scott had setup the order and answered all of my questions. Since the phones were not in stock he had to order them. The phones arrived a few days later and I was notified via text and went to the store. Unfortunately Scott was not in and I was helped by Dylan. Dylan said their system was not working correctly and he had to cancel the original order. Dylan then rebuilt the whole order including running another credit check. After that was completed he started setting up the the phones and I said don’t worry about that I have everything backed up. At that point he said oh don’t worry about it I will transfer everything for you here really quick. Well it was anything but quick and and when the transfer timers popped up on the phones it was going to be over an hour to complete. At this point I left to go and get my family dinner and returned to the store an hour later. I then picked up the phones with no issue.
I am very upset that I was not told about the transfer fees ahead of time. I would have rather had my phones activated and then given to me to bring home and restore from my backups at home. The experience would’ve been so much better.
I will be calling the store tomorrow to speak with Scott. I am concerned that if Dylan was willing to put charges on my bill with out disclosing them to me then I would not be surprised if Dylan canceled my original order so he could take the credit for the sale...
   Read moreWaited for close to 40 mins to pay my bill and get a phone upgrade for my wife’s phone for her bday. Sat there, walked around, and nobody acknowledged our presence. Not even a simple “hello. What brings you in today?” Nothing, there was a person who couldn’t be assisted cause he didn’t have the head of the account phone, but they kept trying by calling whoever they needed and asking if they got a code, but nothing. Secondly, there was a mother and son who had a mishap with his phone and they brought it in to get a new phone or something. The two continued to work with them and ignore our presence, and finally after 30-35 mins the guy who was helping the mother and son asked what we came in for, first initiation of contact since we been there, and i told him that we want to upgrade my wife’s phone and pay my bill. It took 5-8 mins to get what we went in there for done, could of been done between the visits of the person who couldn’t get his phone serviced or when the guy who working with the mother and son had to update their phone. I give them my business monthly and never had an experience like that before, but it hits different when your not taking as a priority. We could of left, maybe we should have, but it was something I wanted to for my wife. We got our business taken care of in less than it took for them to actually notice us. Smh, I hope this is the only time we experience this type...
