Just got home after visiting the drive-thru that took forever to order and they forgot an item! Of course! I have decided that any off chance that I go back because Shakopee has limit availability for places to eat, I will be keeping record of what went wrong with our order. Which it never seems to surprise me that there is something wrong EVERYTIME!!!
Original: I really don't know what happened here and usually I am the one to write good reviews over bad ones. Unfortunately, I am here to write what I don't usually write about. This taco bells service during the evening is super slow. I know that border foods are having major food shortages right now because they always seem to be out of something that I want lately. The last 4 times I have ordered my chalupas and have asked to add creamy jalepeño sauce to (that I am more than happy to pay for), I get home and to no surprise it's not added. I don't know if they begin and finish making the items before the order is completed therefore missing the special instruction or what but I'm not I don't want to pay for something I'm not going to get. When I absolutely am desperate to eat here (breakfast or when nacho fries are available), I stick around after getting my order to make sure that 1. They didn't miss anything. 2. The order is made correctly. It is so inconsistent. Times where I have complained their responses lacked accountability, instead they blame it on each other! I'm not sure how they are investing so much in the Taco Bell 'Defy' that were supposed to get here in Minnesota when the resources can be better spent on making existing locations better and also making sure that they can supply their restaurants with everything that they need! Read moreFriend ordered a Crunchwrap that was missing the crucial ingredient (the chip) leaving a hole in the middle. My friend then asked politely if they could remake it, the worker responded “of course” and proceeded to tell him that he could keep the messed up one. Upon receiving the new correct one a different employee came up to us searching for the failure wrap and confiscated it from the bag. He then proceeded to throw it in the trash on the way to the back. We were stunned and confused why he had contradicted what the other employee had said earlier and were disappointed with the wasted food. On our way out we rescued the fail-wrap from the trash as it was still in the bag and no one was watching anyways. As we reached our car we were intercepted by the previous employee as he bursted out of the service door in which he demanded the fail-wrap back. We handed it back but were just left in shock once again. Maybe he misjudged us for scammers or whatever but we simply couldn’t grasp why he would chase after us only to throw the failed item away. I am very disappointed with this service and the hypocrisy found at this TB. I wish awful things comes to this sad man and he is removed from whatever position he holds as he clearly has some insecurity issues to be dealt with. I will not be visiting this location again, I pray that change finds this Taco Bell but I fear with men like him around nothing will improve. I would give a negative one rating if possible. Read moreI’ve been to this location countless times. Food is always either fine or tastes like they picked it off the floor and shook your bag. Came one time and they messed up my order 3 times, had to drive back 2 times to get my correct order. Came two weeks ago, order a Baja blast freeze, was told the machine wasn’t “working” and then they were out of Baja blast altogether. Came two weeks later and same thing, out of Baja, worker asked me if I would like a soda instead and I tried asking if they turn off the machine at a certain time cause I would like to stop wasting money on an upgrade I don’t ever get and she just cut me off and said “it’s not my fault we’re out”. I get that, wasn’t saying it was your fault, just wanted to know if I needed to stop wasting my money or not and then she didn’t speak a single word to me at the window, which I understand but at the same time, ???. Not exactly great customer service. Obviously this is a Taco Bell but still disappointing :/ also, please give me the amount of sauce I requested so my boyfriend stops crying about not having enough...
