went on the drive through Window ordered my drink, the red hair lady that took my payment was really nice after I paid this rude lady came with my drink, she gave me my drink and closed the window right away without even asking me if I need a straw. I didn’t even see her face. I waited and waited and she never came out and no one else was at the window or near by so I hunk at my car and no one came out then waited and honked again and no one came out the second then I did it the 3rd time then the red hair girl came and apologized as she was giving me the straw the lady that gave me my drink and run came out and said you don’t need to hunk your car awhile she was rolling her eyes, you could see she couldn’t stand my existence. Then I said you gave me the drink and closed the window on me right away without giving me straw and no one was at the window. What am I suppose to do? I ordered a hot coffee drink with steamed milk and the drive through attendant said they “might” be able to steam the milk in my drink, but the barista might be too busy for that. I got to the window and they gave me a drink with steamed milk, which is what I asked for. However, it gave me the impression my request wasn’t reasonable, which is my complaint here. Of course the barista would make a drink that required steamed milk (take a latte for example), so should they steam milk for any other drink when requested. I know the whole world is still understaffed and these employees are asked to do too much for too little but it doesn’t mean you can’t provide reasonable service and consider a customer request without making them feel they are unreasonable. Read moreI will change my rating if they take care of the issues. They keep claiming to be understaffed and training new people. However, I've seen the same faces there for over a month...how long does it take to train new people? Also, they have no system for dealing with the drive thru, often handing beverages out the back door, which doesn't seem as though it's within health code parameters. They STILL haven't opened the inside for patrons, continuing to claim they short-staffed and training new people. Whoever the manager is here may benefit from some management training. I won't be coming back until it's fixed. There were over 30 cars lined up today and there's NO reason I should be stuck for over twenty minutes in a damn drive thru line when I put a flippin' mobile order in ahead...
