BEWARE AWFUL NO HELP OR SERVICES LONG SHIPPING CHEAP furniture and OVERPRICED!! …I have been LITERALLY WAITING.. 2 YEARS ON A REFUND FOR A BROKEN CHAIR Sitting broken in a spare room !! It cost ONE THOUSAND for my adult special needs son with medical conditions FACTS Ordered chair January 2020 Chair Arrives 8 months later Chair breaks 1 month later They claim to order part August 2020 THE CHAIR IS BROKE & NO REFUND It’s been a year & 2 years of them playing games Money back and take this chair! It was $1,000 for my adult son with special needs and medical conditions. Holding up that much of my time and money . Forcing me to write a review and go to small claims court . All they have to do is get the chair give me a refund ! I have been kind patient. I Called asked for owner . No response at all . Go elsewhere they don’t care about us who value our hardworking money .I saved for a year &!months for this chair !!! and they don’t care about Autism Elderly Special needs...

I don't usually leave reviews, but I feel like I need to this time. We just recently bought a bed and 2 nightstands. When I buy a complete bed I expect to get the headboard and footboard. Well I guess I was mistaking, Kimball's sells them separate. For the amount we paid I would have never agreed to buy just the headboard alone. We called back asking why it was not in the box, and was told oh sorry didn't know you wanted the footboard. That will be 500 dollars more if you want it. The bad part is we went online and found out we could get the same bed, THE COMPLETE BED for less. Do your homework before you think about buying from them. We will not be back! They are...

The staff at Kimballs is always helpful and friendly! Over the course of several months, Lisa and Wendy helped us choose furniture and accessories for our condo. They have a great selection of sofas: we chose a large slip covered sofa. We also ordered dining room set, entertainment console, coffee table, floor lamp, master bedroom suite, and bedroom suites for other 2 bedrooms. Kimballs kept us up to date on our order.
