We were looking for a mattress that was good for my body needs as well as my husbands. We hate shopping for mattresses because it’s overwhelming and let’s just admit it, not the most fun thing to shop for. We went here yesterday just to start the journey of comparison shopping and pricing. NO NEED TO EVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE! Joseph was literally so educated and knowledgeable of everything single difference in all brands and different firmness, and why you need this and why you don’t need this… never once felt talked in to anything.. he just wants to help people know and understand knowing every body needs different elements, and in our case, completely different things. So how do you make that possible?? Let him tell you!! Tons of options we had no idea even existed in purchasing and he WILL hunt down the best price available and they DO finance AND guarantee Not many mattress places offer that or even actually really sincerely care like he does! This is a review for the Sleepy's Deluxe Pillow. It is a lot firmer than the one that I tried in the store. It is making my neck worse! I do not recommend this pillow if you have neck issues. I would haven’t purchased it knowing that the one i received would be much firmer than the one I tried in the store. Unfortunately, pillows can’t be returned. I do love my Tempur-Pedic mattress.

My Original review was for the pillow not the store. I am changing this to a 5 star review as Mattress Firm Coastal Walk did give me two soft plush pillows. So much better thank you now I know that I will be comfortable after my cervical spine surgery. Thank you very much...

We had a very good buying experience at Mattress Firm in Shallotte. We went to 5 mattress showrooms but went back to MattressFirm to purchase. Paul was our original salesperson but he had to be out today so Eric helped us and it was fast and easy. We got a new MattressFirm credit card with a high rate but with 24 months same as cash so it was worth it. The hardest part was dealing with TransUnion to get our credit freeze removed temporarily. That was the only bad part so allow extra time for them and expect a good bit of frustration with the service bureau as well. But I can recommend MattressFirm in Shallotte without...
