8/17/2020 We used to shop here every time we visited Holden Beach. Never again. We stopped in last Saturday.

THE ONLY PEOPLE IN THE STORE WHO WERE NOT WEARING MASKS WERE THE TWO STORE (OWNERS?) EMPLOYEES.

We found this to be unprofessional, unsafe, and reprehensible. This is the only business that we've encountered that was not practicing safety and courtesy. There were at least 6 customers in the store, all wearing masks. The arrogant, uncaring employees (these were very mature women, not kids) were not. We turned and left without spending a dime.

We've encountered other such businesses that were clever enough to wear decorative masks that were also available for sale. The Lighthouse is not such a place.

Purchased over $100 worth of merchandise which included a purse and pocketbook, was very pleased with the purse, but the zipper and the pocketbook was malfunction, bought it for friendship it to her, and within a day of using that zipper would come apart in the middle, and would not stay closed I had her ship it back to me and I took it back to the lighthouse shop but the owner said there was nothing wrong with it I have no reason to lie about it, but was told there was nothing wrong with it and she would not replace it or refund. The money will never shop there again, and I will pass the word. The owner and employee were very disrespectful and downright snotty. Worst customer service I have ever...

I like this store. The manager is friendly and not shy to tell you what the sales are for the day. She has customers draw a slip of paper to see what percent off they can receive that day. I got 40%! There are so many novelty items in the store that you must give yourself at least an half hour to glance over everything. For me, I would need at least twice that much time. They have a great selection of T-shirts. Most all the items are beach themed which makes sense because it is located very near Holden Beach. They have a special area for children near the back of the store. You must go see this...
