A friend of mine brought her computer in to this man with unknown issues. She needed the PC diagnosed. He said she needed a new case because the board didn't fit in the case properly and a new motherboard because the capacitors burned out. She purchased the new case and motherboard, he assembled her computer with all the new components. The PC still didn't run properly so she asked me to take a look at it. When I plugged the PC in it wouldn't start, I reseated her ram and put a new processor in and the computer ran perfectly fine, aside from the smoke pouring out the case. I turned the computer off to find that all of her brand new case fan plugs were melted together because wires were plugged in places that they shouldn't have been. When I brought the PC back to the man he began to yell at me accusing me of being nasty when all I asked were her fans to be replaced due to his own error.
