Kelsey’s Hoagies — Restaurant in Shamokin

I order from Kelsey's alot, I have 4 kids and my fiancee and myself. I absolutely love the cheese steak subs and the corn nuggets. But EVERY SINGLE TIME I ORDER THEY MESS UP MY SUB! Literally out of the last 10 times I ordered 8 of the times my subs were wrong and it's just a plain cheese steak with cheese and mayo. The always add sause or something random like onions. I'm very very tired of it. I know they are really busy but 60 calls to get ahold of them for a sub they mess up is ridiculous!! I refer alot of people to this sub shop but when my whole family is eating and I have to wait or drive down for a messed up sub its exhausting. And it's never the kids food or my fiancee's food but...

not sure how they stay in business when they don't seem to want any business. tried to call for 15 mins straight, finally decided to just stop in to find out they took the phone off the hook while they sat outside on the porch. they then proceeded to just sit out on the porch until the one finished her cigarette. apparently my time means nothing. left without ordering and will never go back. i didn't even want to give it one star but it was the only way to post. jr's answered the phone right away and got my order...

Best place around Shamokin to get lunch and dinner. The owner is THE SWEETEST. If you're not satisfied, if they make a mistake(THEY ARE HUMAN, IT MIGHT HAPPEN especially since people don't want to work and youre constantly having to train new ppl ) they correct it!
