The new hire, Liam I believe is his name tho he refused to tell my fiancé when asked, decided to argue with my fiancé about whether or not his vape was hitting correctly. We called prior to going back to the shop to make sure that he could even get a replacement vape and he explained how it was hitting very light and almost like it was dead. This is not his first geek bar mind you. Liam told him that he could get the replacement vape after a lot of back and forth on the phone and an attitude. We go to the vape store, my fiancé walks in and Liam asked him to hit the vape in front of him and said “it looks like it’s hitting fine to me” my fiancé explained the situation AGAIN to which he then decided he was going to call the manager (who is amazing btw) and ask for her advice in the situation. She told Liam to give my fiancé the vape right away, my fiancé asked to speak to the manager and was told no by Liam. Then Liam went behind the counter and was taking his sweet time to give my fiancé the vape. My fiancé called him out for being rude and he starts arguing with him. Eventually he tells my fiancé to leave as if he was the problem. I later found out that he already has THREE other complaints made by others about the way he was acting. This guy started at this place maybe three months ago max, that’s more complains then months working there.
