I am beyond upset with this car wash and this company. They are willing to damage my 40k car to make a couple dollars off a $45 pass. Before using this wash I specifically asked the technician about the car wash even mentioned specifically I am worried about micromaring. He told me that their car wash will not cause micromaring to my paint and their wash is actually safer than laser washes. After 3 washes I noticed long micro scratches all up and down my brand new car. This car wash is so bad it even scratched my emblems š°The wash attendant lied to me. I called their Medina location and asked to speak to a manager. The tenant said there is no manager available today and that they will have one call me Monday. Monday I spoke to "Eli" and he even agreed that their car wash should not cause micromaring or scratches and that he will have to have Medina manager call me and possibly take a look at my Nissan 370z. I said that is no problem because the scratches are extremely visible. He told me if the Medina manager does not reach out to me to call him back and let him know and he will get on him about it. 3 days later no call from Medina manager so I called "Eli" He apologized and said I'm so sorry i thought that your issue was already resolved. He said he will call the Medina manager and that he is off tomorrow but he will call me the day after tomorrow. Well still no call from Medina manager. 3 weeks of dealing with this i had to call Eli again. He didn't answer my call so i tried the number again. This time he acted like he could not hear me and stopped answering my calls and would not return my voice mail. I can't believe this company is in buisness. I would give them negative stars if i could!!!!

Several on site visits with managers which agreed these scratches were consistent with their machines. Passed my claim to higher management and they denied the claim via email āscratches are not consistent with our wash processā. Direct from their site āDO YOUR MACHINES SCRATCH VEHICLES? We have the safest wash technology in the business. The "closed-foam" wraps used in our car washes are unable to hold onto dirt or sand as they clean, so they are unable to scratch your vehicle.ā Promised multiple times from on site managers and customer service for a phone call from upper management, not one call. Upon some of my visits I could see scratches on other customers vehicles too. One worker here informed me her black car is scratched just like mine and agreed it was caused from this wash. If you have a dark colored vehicle please inspect immediately. Their customer service is terrible, just review them on BBB. They kick you around hoping you just give up. The Membersā Express Lane is never open anymore, making the experience frustrating for those of us who try to wash our cars regularly.
Several vacuum stations need serious maintenance and have been for some time, with no signs of repair.
The overhead towel roller at the last station work intermittently which then leaves water spots and reduces the effectiveness of the wash.
Many brushes frequently donāt function properly, leaving parts of the car unclean.
The line moves much slower compared to the previous company, making the whole experience inefficient and wastes more of my time sitting in line.
Just the other day the entire car wash was closed during regular business hours with no sign or explanation.
Itās disappointing to see a once well-run car wash decline like this. I donāt understand how management expects customer satisfaction when so many issues go unaddressed. If things donāt improve soon, Iāll be canceling...
