Culver’s — Restaurant in Montville Township

First time to this place, wait 25 minutes for a burger. Fries and shake the shake tasted like it had been sitting thererfur, 1015 minutes. It wasn't solid the burger which I ordered plain because of food allergies. When I open it up. Inside the wrapper on the one who's old disgusting. Lettuce and Mayonnaise chunks. The fries were cold. I sent the fries opening before. I opened the sandwich they came back. They brought me cold fries again. The phone opening the sandwich. I asked to speak to. The senior manager in the store that I got multiple people coming to the table that were not a senior manager. They asked me what I wanted to do with the food. I told him it wasn't worth eating to throw it away. I walked up to my car and then I came back and said wait a second I want my money bat that point time, they had all sorts of difficulty trying to figure out how to make a re turn or refund. But that was all. Employed, they called the police tavmi removed from the place because I was unsatisfied with the product they produced on top of that, I do have serious medical issues including brittle bone disease which causes me great pain should just be standing for any amount of time and they had me standing there waiting. They never told me to leave. They never told me they called the cops when I said. Forget it. And I grabbed my cards and walked out. That's where the cops were there. There, yes, the cops trust past me, but at the same time they were laughing with me. Said I'd know better about what some snot nosed. 20 two-year-old kid in charge, who when I talked to them. I said they should be embarrassed about what they served. And they said they were proud. This place obviously has problems with maintaining sanitation. With disgusting old lettuce on the outside of my sandwich, he thought that was okay. I have lots of money and I intend on finding out how to buy this restaurant so I can fire the measure and then I'll turn around and resell it for a loss. Because with all the money I have it doesn't matter. Anyone knows me knows that? I believe in simply one thing, honor we all have it, but nobody can take it from us. Will only give it away willingly and to me. That's what these people just and the people that know me. Know, I don't lie cheater steel. There's no point in that. I've worked in the restaurant business all my life. Over 40 years of adult life in restaurant business in addition to culinary degrees and many, many awards. These people should be ashamed of themselves. The blinds of people waiting for food that is garbage. I was wondering why I heard the people on the sitting in the table. In front of me, when the kid says Mommy mommy. Promised me we don't have to come back here again or that left me with a bad feeling and then the food well, that speaks for itself. I hope you have a better experience than me. I will never be back.This is just an overpriced steak and shake which I happen enjoy At a price of nearly $15 for a double cheeseburger, small fries? And not very large shake or shall I say custard was absolutely abominable! As for me, it's all about customer service. And there was no customer service. The tables were dirty. The customers were having to clean them off while they had plenty of employees standing around doing a whole lot of nothing again. There is not anything good. I can say about the only. I have eaten here before and had a very mediocre experience, it was fine at best. Tried it again tonight to give them a fair chance, people seem to think highly of the establishment. First off as I walk in the place is all smokey as if no one knows the hoods above the grills can be turned on. As I walk up to place my order I felt as though I was interrupting third period study hall. Now I'm all for the youth getting a job but having an adult in the room might not have been a bad idea. Not blaming the kids/young adults, they were nice, but far too many were there with no real purpose. Order my food dine-in, in no rush, it took close to twenty minutes to get my food. Not a problem. You can't rush perfection, and I can understand the staff being incumbered by the smoke. As I am waiting I notice someone in the drive in line waiting nearly as long as me. When my food came out it was wrong. The side salad was magically a grilled chicken salad and the veggie burger had no lettuce, tomato or onion. I thought $23 dollars was steep for my tenders, side salad and veggie burger. The veggie burger bun is supposedly buttered, well buttering a dry chewy bun does nothing for me personally. The tenders were decent to be fair. I feel like they have too many things on the menu and it hampers...

I stopped in here on a random night a few weeks back and the car in front of me was taking soooooo long. "Wow, they must make everything fresh....that's cool, I'll wait, 100%!"

Come to find out THEY CLOSED EARLY AND DIDN'T PUT A SIGN OUT ANYWHERE 😆😆. Left at 6pm, signs are on, looked completely open. Mind-boggling, thought I was on Candid Camera.

Wth man, worst 15 mins of my life. Wasn't just me either...sitting and wasting my life away. There were four of us, DOH!!!!! To be frank, it was absolutely dumb and I'm glad Google reminded me of this so I could leave a review.

Next time, leave a note where people will notice it.....instead of putting it on the drive-through window where NOBODY SEES IT until they're irritated enough to leave your establishment. 😆😆😆😆

Luckily, Dairy Queen and I only live down the street. I stopped at my friendly DQ. They took my money, gave me food I shouldn't have eaten anyways, but did....and it was super good. At least when they close, they turn off all the lights.....you can tell they're closed so you don't sit there so long that you start checking your own pulse.
