Pulp Juice and Smoothie Bar — Restaurant in Montville Township

This is the first review I’ve ever made because it was this bad. It was a struggle from the start. The employee taking my order was checked out clearly didn’t care, then I asked if they had any bottles of water for purchase and the employee said they didn’t know. As I was waiting for my bowl I’m watching the employee fumble the whole thing. I Don’t know if it was their first day but they had grabbed somebody from the back and I heard them ask why it wasn’t getting thick. 30 minutes later and after watching several potential customers walk out I finally got my smoothie soup! It was completely melted before it had even gotten to my hand. Not to mention it’s missing half of the ingredients I ordered. I didn’t have time to get it fixed as I spent the entire duration of my lunch break waiting for my bowl. Needless to say I will not be returning....

This location just opened recently and since I work fairly close I try to go there before work sometimes. The staff there are so nice and the owner was very kind as well, helping the staff members learn things and giving them helpful tips. My smoothie always taste great and I highly recommend...
