ABSOLUTE WORSE RIP-OFF IN ALL MY LIFE! I'll admit, I ain't a computer genius, but I know better not to trust these guys. They make you spend $10, $20, even $40 for INDIVIDUAL repairs and upgrades when I have went to other places and practically got the same things for almost free. And your lucky if they will even take your stuff to repair it. The manager refused to take my old laptop just because there was a small amount of dirt on it, practically insulted me over it, and even after I went home and disinfected it and then brought it back, I had to plead him to repair it. Then when they did "repair" it, I took it home and the problem was still there. Wasted trip! Wasted Money! All around waste of time. I simply refuse to go back there and always tell others to avoid them and go elsewhere. Only go here if you have no other choice, because you might as well be flushing your money...

Now I don’t know if this was my fault or their fault,but I took my phone up there one day because the screen was shattered and had tones of lines going through it..it was disabled for like 20 mins to though so they call and say it’s done so I go up there and get it I take and and don’t realize they didn’t really fix it until I got home so all they did was fix the screen and mess everything else up so before I went there my home button worked my sound worked my WiFi worked and my FaceTime but when I got it back everything was completely wrong I tried to take it back today but it was closed so Imma take it back Monday🙄And I feel like if you really want your phone fixed with no problems like this I’d rather u go spend ur money somewhere else that know a what they are really doing!!!no hate on them though..should I be able to get my money...

I am actually quite techy myself... but I've recently had a lot going on and just didn't have the time or patience to deal with my 16yr old sons iPhone 5S when he accidentally got it wet (through an otter box in that hard rain we had a couple weeks ago) People beware as good as Otter Boxes are for drops, not so much for rain! Anyhow, I dropped the phone off to Shawn at Starkeys and he quickly repaired my kiddos phone! He has the right tools and parts in house. That makes a big difference if you have teenagers! Most importantly he was very fair with repair cost! Anytime I've needed any repairs done, or even a replacement? My first stop is Starks! Love the new shop by the way and happy to see a local...
