...well, it would have been blown to smithereens multiple times over by now. But this place is as close as you'll get to the selection of vintage toys they would have had from all over the galaxy. Or at least this planet.

Their enthusiasm and knowledge of everything toys is unmatched. If you can think of an action figure that you had as a kid, they've probably got it - or they know where to find it. Too many genres & crafty vendors to mention so you will not be disappointed. Unless... you're a Storm Trooper looking for a target range, but I've heard David was considering adding one in the back soon.

Their inventory is constantly changing and ever-expanding, so it's definitely worth multiple trips. I haven't left yet without buying something for my collection. And if YOU have something that I need, they're open to trades, too! Can't wait to see what comes in next - even from that galaxy...

If you were ever to become a cast-a-way, you would want to be at Cast-A-Way Toys. Cast-A-Way is TRULY a passion project. Slightly hidden across the parking lot from Home Depot, this store is a nerd's, I mean, collector's paradise. They have sections featuring new items, 90s items, 80s items, and vintage items. The owner of the store is an encyclopedia of information, but he is always focused on the customer. From the great $1 bin to collectibles worth a pretty penny, this store has it all.

The best part for me... Every time that I go in, it is different in its offerings. It's like going into a whole new store. ...

Last Saturday, as I smoked a cigarette before going in to the optometrist's, a 2' tall action toy with large claws and what looked like a fancy drill for an arm "called" to me. I couldn't stop looking at it and seriously thought about having it in my house! I am not a toy person, but I ended up buying it for my little grandson. The owner took all the time I needed to learn about the toy whether I bought it or not. Will definitely be back as I get future gift lists for birthdays and holidays for my grandchildren!
