DO NOT SELL HERE!!! The workers and owner are very rude. I have been consigning here for years. After 90 days, you pick up the things that won't sell. Everytime I have to weed through all the clothes by finding the right tag #. Everytime I can't find clothes or shoes. They don't care; they are glad you can't find things. One time I couldn't find a Coach purse and I was told 'oh well'. Today I went to find 25 items; I found 15. I looked through every rack of clothes they had. The clerks wouldn't help me and said they had no idea where they might be. I will not be consigning here again. You make pennies on the dollar. Style Encore gives you money right away and if you buy things with that money, you aren't taxed for purchases. My Best Friend's Closet makes their money by hiding your items in the back room until the 97 days are up, then keeping them! They also accept things to be consigned and then will call and say 'we decided not to accept several of your items so you can come by in the next 2 days to get them or they will be donated'. That's really hard for me when I work 2 jobs, 12 days on then 2 off. They are rigid, unhelpful, and rude. You can make all the slanderous comments you want about me but they are not true. Me yelling at people? Not likely. I did raise my voice when there was no one in the store and the 2 girls behind the register were laughing at me when I was trying to find my merchandise. Your rebuttal is nothing but noise; I have never been rude to people even if they are rude to me. I am still at a loss for words after my interaction with the sales associate at this store. I am new to the concept of consignment stores only paying after your items sells but I wanted to give it a try. I drove up to the front of the store to unload my bin and was told they do not accept anything with out hangers. Well I actually did have hangers to hang my items and explained that to the associate. She then told me they still would not accept my items because they were not already on hangers and they do not have room in the store for me to hang them on. What?!!

Nice place to shop. Great variety and tons of named brands. They offer some plus size clothing but not much. They do have a great selection on purses and bags in general.

It's clean and staff are very helpful. The dressingrooms are NOT very private nor comfortable. If you need to sit to dress or prefer nobody can see you as you do undress or try on clothing this isn't the place to visit.
