I have had to further downgrade my review. We have avoided this location because they have been doing carryout only. Today we pulled in and there were signs limiting the number of customers in the building at once and requiring masks but nothing saying dine in was closed. So, we parked, masked up and walked in only to find out they had all of their tables taped off and were still doing carryout only. Again, they were a waste of time.
Although my children enjoy Panda Express, I'm afraid I can't recommend this location. It is billed as being fast, the last two times I was there it was anything but. Tonight we arrived at 8:15. It took almost 10 minutes to help the five cusomers in front of us. It was not as if they were busy because there was hardly anyone seated in the restaurant and they don't have a drive through. When they got to us, they didn't have either of the entrees I wanted. They said it would be 5 or 6 minutes. They were also out of egg rolls and said that would be 8 or 9 minutes. I agreed to wait but my daughter ordered her bowl. When it was dished up it was just left sitting on their serving line. I had to ask for it so she could eat it when it was hot. The egg rolls were ready in about 10 (they had to get more from the back). Once one of my entrees was done, it was apparent there had been miscommunication with the chef as he had only cooked another portion of one of my entrees and hadn't even started the other. Because of this, in total it was over 20 minutes before my food was ready. This is on par or longer than a sit down Chinese restaurant . So, it total it was about 30 minutes from entering the restaurant until I got to start eating. Of course by that time, my daughter was finished and ready to leave. After all of this the clerk did recognize they had performed poorly and apologized for the wait but offered nothing to make up for it. From watching them put away items from the serving line well before closing, it was apparent the focus was on closing and getting out of there. When the prices are on par with the many excellent sit down Chinese restaurants in the area and there is no bonus as far as speed of service, it's hard to recommend this as...
