I had ordered furniture her back in April and was told I should get it May 20th. Well that is still a few weeks away so I had called to confirm if that was still the date. Well I've been calling for a few weeks. I finally got though and I was told it was pushed back to June 6th. I'm ok with that but when he hung up he said bye Felisha. That is not my name. So now I cant get through. So it may take a few weeks to know for sure when I will get my furniture. This has been discouraging. I feel this place needs to have more help for their customers. You people need help communicating with you customers. As a customer it is frustrating to have to feel like I am call a radio station just to get some customer service. I understand that it can get busy but in that case have another phone line or get someone to help with answering the phones. Or even a way a person can leave a message. I feel like canceling my order but I cant even get ahold of someone to do that. Please just know if you deal with this place you wont get the best...
Read moreAs a business owner I just had the worse experience I have ever had with the store owner Mitchell Jennings. I mailed Neal's a check for individual to purchase new furniture on June 16, 2025. I called Mitchell this morning to inquire about the check as it hasn't cleared the bank yet and received the most aggressive behavior from a store owner I have ever encountered. He acknowledged me by calling "Buddy" multiple times and said he never received the check but tried to give the check back to the individual we were paying for the furniture for stating it was an out of state check and they don't accept them. Read moreGreat furniture store! Love that it is family owned and operated and allows us to shop locally. While many of the items displayed on the floor are presented more for the bargain-minded, we had no trouble finding a wonderful selection of higher-end, more custom pieces throughout as well as options that are available through the different suppliers they work with. We ended up buying off the floor for our office and our home (took advantage of a lovely group that went on sale).
