My review is about my experience of yesterday.May. 22nd 2020. I had to go out yesterday to grocery pickup .Since I am diabetic I have to go out unless is most needed.My ride told me try to take care of everything you need now so I did. I had to pickup a layaway I had before the pandemic. at Burlington Coat Factory close by Sheffield. this location.They had gave me till the 28th but since I did not know when I be out again ;I went to Burlington.I was wearing a mask too.First I had to said they did a superb job in preparing the store. for the require measurements of social distance. The store had put signs and. social distance spaces on the floors that costumers had to wait before getting by the cash register.They also had tables. as a barrier of distance between costumers and cashiers. The store was super clean too.Also the girls I got at layaway was bilingual and super helpful and kind.Another thing that I appreciated was all workers had a mask on.I really was thankful they had mask on just like I did.Which means they care about their health and our health too.I asked wear they got the cute masks too.One of the girls. told me their boss made them and supply masks for. the workers .How amazing was that.All the workers there yesterday evening. deserved an A+ for their hard work and kindness. Another thing since they was close for a while they have huge markdowns HUGE .Some more than half off.Everything most go. I ask a young man that work there are you guys closing down? He responded or no we have to make room for a new shipment.Since store was close for a. few months they selling the stuff they got at lower prices.I missed on it because I can shop by size I vary I have to try stuff on my girls do too. My sister in the other hand took advantage and took everything she needed.She is lucky her size is usually accurate.Anyhow sorry about long review check out Burlington Sheffield Village. I want to thank all cash registers workers & workers around the store you guys...
   Read moreI will never return to this particular Burlingtonâs again. The store is a disaster, there is merchandise all over the aisles so itâs hard to navigate with a cart. Theyâre understocked every time I have been there. Today I showed up to the register with $150 worth of merchandise just to be rudely told by a cashier named Marae that there are no bags. There were tons of people in line and no one had told us at all until we got to the register. I have a 1 year-old I have to take to my car and their carts lock at the door. This is a huge problem, and she made it even worse with her poor attitude. She was very cold and made me extremely uncomfortable. We all have bad days and workers are only human but thereâs no reason to take your bad mood out on customers. If I was management Iâd be taking to this associate about her poor demeanor.    Read moreMy wife and I came in today to shop with our baby during our stay we witnessed a few food items that looked like they had been chewed through by mice. The store was an absolute disaster almost impossible to shop! And to top it off the manager who clearly states he has worked there for 11 years is having a loud verbal screaming match with a customer over a refund. Youâd think with 11 years experience he could handle an irate customer over a refund. Hereâs some professional advice! Give the customer what you can following the companies guidelines using proper judgement for the issue and if there is nothing you can do or they wonât accept the parameters apologize and say I canât help with this and tell them what you can do. If thatâs not enough and If theyâre irate call the police....
