We stopped here on a fluke. We won't ever make that mistake again. I'm not sure how this place is even still in business. Walked in there's 3 women standing there. The one Looks up and says "hey" then goes back to talking the other two women. We stood there a good few minutes before we asked the ladies standing there if there was a wait or do we seat ourselves? The one girl was like oh there's no wait how many are there? There was only 2 of us. Then we sat at our table and just waited and waited till a guy came over and asked if we were ready to order? Well we would have liked to order something to drink and at least look at a menu. So we order drinks and food all at once. Waiter comes back says food should be out soon. We had to ask again for water. All we ordered to drink was water, and still had trouble getting water. Then at the salad bar they were out of cheese, salad dressings, 2 kinds of the lettuce, and a few of the cold salads. Then the rest of the food comes. It's just a piece of chicken on a bun. Out of lettuce and Pickles. Asked for mayo for the chicken sandwich, they are out of mayo. Asked for ketchup, they are out of ketchup too. Ordered a mushroom Swiss burger out of the mushrooms. They don't even tell you they are out they just bring you parts of your meal without telling you they are out of some of it. We asked where our soup was waiter is like "oh yeah, we are out." Like he wasn't even gling to come tell us they were out or ask of we wanted something else? Then we waited and waited for our check the waiter comes and the chip reader is broke so he says he has to wait for another reader to be free. So we wait and wait, we ask for a box to take the food home and he literally never came back. Like idk if he literally left or was hiding in the back bc table after table was experiencing the same thing. We asked for a manager and was told manager ran across the street to buy cheese and soup? Odd. Across the street is a gfs, but why would people come to ruby Tuesday to buy soup, if they are literally buying it from gfs? If I could give this place zero...
Read moreI had to give this two stars because it literally took 40 minutes to receive a grilled chicken sandwich I did order it on gluten free bread but that could have been toasting while the sandwich was being made the manager informed us it only took 16 minutes in the kitchen so where the rest of the time go apparently our waitress wasn't on the move to get our order in I have to say the sandwich did taste very good and was cooked well the salad bar however very lackluster very few items to choose from however they use an optical illusion by putting a mirror behind The limited selection so it looks like more than it is the hummus was awful the coleslaw was almost inedible. The potato salad was dry and appear to have only been seasoned with a minimal amount of mayonnaise and stadium mustard. The salad greens were okay and they had a decent selection of vegetables. The restaurant cleanliness level was okay bye okay I mean straws on the floor a manager had to tell a waitress to pick it up and when we told the manager that it took a long time to get our sandwiches in the inordinate amount of time we were given a discount coupon for our next visit in my opinion it would have been far more productive to Campo portion of the mail we had issue with not say come back again spend more money and will give you a couple bucks off. also for the quality of food that you're receiving you are paying absolute. Dollar I mean it would be cheaper to eat at the...
Read moreDo Not Order Curbside. DO NOT ORDER CURBSIDE. We ordered dinner from this location tonight and specified the Curbside pickup. There are signs on the pickup spaces asking that you call when you arrive, so I called the number provided. It starts with an endless prerecorded message that simply instructs you that if you want to order anything, Go to the website! Catering? Go to the website! It feels like it lasts just short of forever, and not once does this message mention curbside pickup. It finally gets to the part of the message that states if you have other questions or want to speak to the manager, stay on the line. So I stay on the line. It rings a few times, then goes to a message saying nobody is going to pick up, so call later. I called THREE TIMES with no answer. We had to go inside, defeating the purpose of having curbside pickup in the first place. We were told nobody had heard any phone ringing, and the manager wasn't even there tonight. So, I guess they just don't have a working phone. To be clear, I don't blame the wait staff for being busy. I blame the manager for putting them in a situation in which NOBODY ANSWERS A PHONE THAT IS REQUIRED FOR ONE OF THEIR SERVICES.
To top it all off, the $23 steak my mom ordered was so full of fat it was almost inedible. "The worst steak I've ever had," in her words. My dad liked his salmon, so I guess there's that.
We won't be ordering from Ruby Tuesday anytime...
