Panera Bread — Restaurant in Sheffield

I have been ordering from the Sheffield Panera for 4 yrs now. I almost always order French Onion soup and more often than not, I don't receive the croutons, which are an integral part of the soup. I have lost count of the number of times this has happened but I have documented at least 8 times. We stopped ordering completely for over a year when it just got too annoying. I ordered today for the first time this year and once again didn't get the croutons. My location has recently shifted from using their own drivers to using Door Dash so, they informed me they no longer correct their errors. I wouldn't advice using this location unless you plan to go inside or use the drive thru where you can thoroughly check your order. Even when I have picked up three bowls of soup in person, two of the three were wrong. Customer service has been a problem here ever since they opened. I always love coming here in the morning before work for breakfast every single weekday. Their staff is top notch when it comes to the food industry, my order is ready before I even get there. And I only live 10 mins away, it really says a lot. Not once has it been late and I’ve been consistently going for almost a year straight now. If I ever ran into a issue(coffee related) not being ready, the manager/assistant manager fixes it ASAP. I’ll continue to come here for breakfast until something tragic may happen to the company cause of that. Had coupon for what was Christmas week. Didn't realize they were closed on Sun., which forgot was Xmas day; intended to go then. Came 26th and some jerk assistant manager refused to use it. Even said, honestly, that I am currently very under employed and the coupon was a godsend for me. Spoiled rich brat who clearly has a silver spoon in her mouth, has never fallen on hard times, that kept repeating 'it's policy' like a mindless machine, and that her superiors would find out if she did this. Hopefully karma will get them. Numerous places I've worked we would've honored this. Nice food, horrible people. Clearly to be avoided like Walmart if they treat people this way!!!
