John in your furniture department was a huge help and I can't thank him enough. We were looking for a furniture set with an extra recliner and a table. The store didn't have all of the pieces in stock and offered to order them from the manufacturer, which would take approx 3 weeks. At the time, we didn't have any furniture so John called around to a few local stores and was able to find that the Clinton Township store had everything that we wanted in stock. He had them place the items on hold and we raced over to the Clinton Township location before they closed. We were able to place the order for everything we wanted and they were able to deliver it the next day, just before Christmas. Your delivery guys rock but John is the true MVP because I'm sure he works on commission and was willing to sacrifice that just to make sure that we were taken care of. Thank you...

This store has a good assortment of product at regular prices (not that discounted any longer). I was disappointed with the condition of the store. It has not been fronted or organized in a long time. There was a young lady that was working on the floor just pulling items from the shelves that were not in the right place and tossing them in a cart. I thought that was odd as she was not even straightening the shelves as she did that and left them in terrible shape. The place is a wreck and looked worse than Ollie's usually does, which is horrible. The Associates of this store should take some pride in their store and keep it neat and clean so it is presentable and pleasant to shop. Decent selection of home decor, bedding, garden items, cleaning and laundry supplies, and some furniture. Small electronics, automotive, and pet departments. Reasonable amount of dry foods and snacks, plus a few refrigerated/frozen foods such as milk, eggs, ice cream. Can be difficult to find assistance if you need it.
