I went to the drive through at the 23 Mile and Van Dyke Tim Horton’s on 4/24/23 at around 7:15 pm. I ordered a coffee and there was a pleasant girl who took and order and asked if I wanted anything else. I asked what kind of soup they had , there was a pause and another girl answered and said there is no soup for today in a rather harsh tone. Then as I asked if they had chicken wrap, she interrupted me and YELLED back to my astonishment “ Listen, we don’t serve any food after 7” . I asked her why was she being rude and again yelled back in a bullying tone “ nobody is being rude ; do you still want your coffee ?” I said yes and at the collection window asked who the manager was . The girl at the window said that she was not the person you talked to and then the other girl who introduced herself as “ Alysa” came and again said rudely , “ that’s right what I told you”. I asked to speak to the manager , same tone “ He is not here “. Finally she told me his name is Mike after I insisted to know his name. I again told her that I do not appreciate her tone of voice and her rude behavior. She then snapped “ Do you want your coffee or not? “ Before I could answer she took away the coffee from the window and slammed the window on me and walked away. I was SHOCKED at this behavior. By far this is the worst customer service I have ever received. I then drove to another Tim Horton’s location 21 Mile and Van Dyke. I went inside the store and was welcomed by 3 smiling workers . My server asked me what I wanted and gave me what all food options they had available at the time and was very kind and respectful. 2 miles apart, same time ; totally different experience . I really hope some corrective action is taken with Alyssa at 23 Mile and Van Dyke so she does not disrespect customers in...

Read moreZero stars for sure, but wasn't an option. Just picked up a coffee and gift card. Manager thought it to be a good idea to change out cash drawer in the middle of my transaction. I received no change and no reciept. Manager tells me her clerk gave me my change i said no you didn't she proceeded to tell me she needed to count the drawer to confirm he didn't give me my change. I suggested that maybe it was a bad idea to change out drawer on the middle of transaction. She replied not to tell her how to do her job to which I replied I would if you could do it. Had the same issue with reciept right after money fiasco. I received both my receipt and change as well as courteous dont ever come back here again. No problem there. Such a shame I bought a gift card. Funny how today people think that if you just go away the problem goes away. Apparently this location only wants customers who are too stupid to want their change or receipts. It will probably be sometime before ANY tim Hortons sees another one of my dollars. This woman should be on unemployment at least that way she cannot ruin the owners business with her clear lack of communication and...
