BIGGBY COFFEE — Restaurant in Shelby Charter Township

12/09/2024, between 1:45PM-2:00PM Not a shred of basic human decency or politeness. I walk in, no other customers, just the cashier standing at the register. Doesn't say hello or anything, just "What can I do for you?". So I say "hello, how are you?" (like a non-psychopath). She mumbles "good" and repeats "what can I do for you". I proceed to order and say thank you very much, to which I unsurprisingly get absolutely no response. As I'm waiting for my order I'm observing all the signs everywhere about love so I give it one more shot when I get my order and say thank you very much and have a nice day to wish I literally get absolutely zero response. ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!! The three employees were chatting perfectly normally to each other so I know it's a conscious choice to ignore me and treat me like I'm less than human. On top of all that, the Frozen latte was the equivalent of getting an iced coffee with all the ice already melted in it. Not frozen at all just the consistency of water from the second they handed it to me. But forget the quality of food. Avoid this place on principle alone. ...I blame...

This location has turned into such a disappointment! Last week I ordered a maple waffle breakfast sandwich on my way to work. When I arrived at work there was no sausage on the sandwich, which ruined it for me so I tossed it and called the location. Nobody answered so I left a message- nobody returned my call. When I went through the drive thru the following week I told them about what happened, and requested either a refund or a correctly made sandwich at no extra cost. They refused because I did not have a receipt- they never gave me a receipt in the first place (which I know most places do now to save paper.) So needless to say I will not be returning. I’ve never been so disgusted by the service I got at this place .. nasty , rude staff .. overheard them making fun of all the customers that were leaving and people in the parking lot , last time I came to this place they gave me re-fills on my coffee no questions asked , I asked for a refill and the staff were extremely rude and nasty about it and wanted to charge me full price, staff gave me some sort of attitude about it , hilarious .. my friend came up not even 5 minutes later and asked if he could get a re-fill on a hot coffee if he ordered one and they told him they could .. complete joke ..
