This was the first time visiting the large mall and it was really enjoyable. The outside of the buildings was very clean and neat. Lots of places to sit down and comfortable seating at that. Including tables to sit drinks on if you needed. Plenty of trash cans throughout the mall. I don't remember seeing any trash just laying around. Plenty of restrooms if needed. Lots of good places to shop and all the places I went into were very neat, clean, well organized. In the Coach store it was nice with all the latest styles of handbags that they offer just like on their website. Most places had sales/discounts on the merchandise. The products looked brand new and perfectly clean and what you would expect them to look like. Employees were all neat and well groomed with their appropriate identification tags and following Covid recommendations. The products were displayed very nicely with plenty of choices. I was greeted and asked if I would like any assistance. I was there probably 30 minutes and the business was fairly busy with steady customers flowing on and out. They had different sections of handbags and also several sections of just wallet's. Employees were kind and appropriately checking with customers if they needed any assistance or had any questions. I really liked this business and would recommend it to everyone needing a handbag themselves or shopping for someone else or perhaps looking for a gift. Thank you...

Had a very hurtful exchange. I was wearing my new bag I had gotten a couple weeks ago when I came into the store. It was a back pack, and I was wearing it fully on my shoulders. Well, I went to looks at some of the new purses when the woman asked me if I wanted to refund it. As if I wasn't wearing it and had keys clipped on it. I replied no, and just wanted to keep looking. She persisted on holding it for me and my shoppingbags up at the counter. I still have my reciets from the first time I bought it at home. I have the total 145 after discount in my banking tabs. She was acting as if I was going to steal, but I buy bags from this place quite often. I will not be any more. It was an extremely painful and embarrassing situation. Maybe I didn't look like I had the money, but I work a good paying job with commission. I earn the things I buy. I understand theft is an issue. I work retail too, but I would never treat my customers so bluntly about it. I would have shown her the reciet, bank statement, email if they had asked. I went to your store this afternoon, I was looking for a wallet to match my purse. I was with my daughter, there 4 or 5 employees working and stalking us like we were going to steal something. I finally found a wallet not the one I wanted, but I love coach so much. I decided to buy that one anyway. When I got to up the counter, there was a male employee that had been watching us like a hawk.more like stalking us anyway he walked by me as I was paying for the wallet and staring I guess to make sure that wasn’t stealing anything at the counter while I was paying for the wallet. I did say something to him and asked who the manager was the female employee acted too bothered to tell me who the manager was she just pointed toward back of the store. I have never been treated so badly as I was today at a Coach store. I turned around abruptly brought that wallet back. Went Michael Kors and was treated the best ever.
