The North Face Simpsonville Outlet — Local services in Shelbyville

On October 19, 2024, I purchased a pair of North Face outdoor shoes from the store located at 1155 Buck Creek Rd, Simpsonville, KY 40067, United States. On February 8, 2025, I returned to the store because the edges of the shoes had worn out. However, the store employees did not treat me well and forced me to fill out a form, stating that the shoes needed to be sent to the factory warranty center.

Later, the factory informed us that since more than a year had passed, the shoes would not be covered under warranty. However, they also mentioned in their statement that if we had a receipt proving that less than a year had passed since the purchase, the shoes could be refunded. We have had the shoes for less than six months, not even a year, and we are now in a difficult situation.

When we returned to the same store with this statement, the employees mocked us again, claiming that the shoes could not be refunded because their production date had passed. How are we supposed to know the production date of the shoes we purchased? If the production date has expired, why is this store selling and displaying outdated products?

I will report this injustice to all relevant legal authorities. I will share our experience on Instagram, Facebook, and X. I will make sure everyone in America hears about this...

customer service was aweful. We bought nine north face jackets out of which three items charged wrong, he had to call the manager three times to confirm the price. Then he gave us only 8 items, luckily we checked and there were nine items charged in the bill but only eight in the bag. When we asked he checked the bag and the bill and didn't say a word till we realized he kept one of our item in the back rack behind him. When I pointed out that he smiled and placed it back in the bag. But not one apology or acknowledging the mistake. He acted as if it was our fault that we made sure we got what we paid for. The manager was also not helpful he avoided coming to us when we called him to help. This was really bad...

I really like the store, friendly staff, good prices, I found some perfectly fine winter boots for $50! They were probably $150 boots originally 😫 the only thing I dislike is their stock on some items is really low. I went in to find some long sleeve T-shirts and they literally had one in my size that was not an appealing colorway. Otherwise this is an awesome store!
