The staffs are rude, we went there for black friday sale and I understand that there would be a line, they said that they can only let 15-20 people inside but it’s not even 15 people (customers) inside the store. Then we were waiting outside for a while then 3 persons came out there was a lady came I believe it’s their friend and she’s telling them that she doesn’t want to go in line so as soon as the 3 people came out they let her in and I asked the lady if we could come in too and she acted that she didn’t hear me and shut the door, then we knocked the door and she told us that we are rude by doing it, I was thinking that she’s the one who is rude by letting the other lady in without going in the line and acted didn’t hear me and shut the door. So they let us in and saying “rules is rules” well first of all we didn’t break rules, they’re the who broke it by letting the other lady in without getting in line first, then she’s being disrespectful but acting like she didn’t hear me and shut the door. My friend and I entered the store and we were not greeted. We didn't really think about it because they were kinda busy except for one employee. Another customer came in and that particular employee greeted them right away. We then preceded to the back and that employee still didn't speak or asked if we needed help. She walked over to help someone else. We then walked by the earrings and she turned her back and someone else came to help us. By this time we were upset, so we decided not to purchase anything. We left out and replayed everything to see if it was just our imagination. We felt we should go back to talk to the manager about it. As soon as the employee saw us back in the store she stood and watched us talk to the manager. That confirmed our suspicion. They need to review their customer service policy again. the service is horrible the managers stare at you without speaking and the same manager called larisisa is so sub- par. how did she become a manager she has no people skills she stands at the watch counter and just looks. I asked a question and she answered and quickly shut down. The lady that brought my shoes from the back obviously had an issues with larisisa because she shoved the shoes in her hand. I decided not to buy anything the hostility was not worth the 100.00 on clearance flats.
