I have been to the Simpsonville Outlet location 4 different times. Every time I received rude and/or subpar customer service. Last week I went in dressed less than sophisticated because I had been doing yard work. I guess I looked like I didnât have money to spend because no one greeted me. I finally got someone to assist me, I was looking for a pair of stud diamond earrings. They were trying to sell me diamonds that were cloudy, treating me as if I didnât realize the difference between a quality diamond and a low quality diamond. Nonetheless, they did not have what I was looking for and they did not seem like they were willing to make a sale. I went straight to Oxmoor Kays and was immediately treated like a customer should be treated, and ultimately walked out with a pair of beautiful diamond earrings.
I needed to drop some jewelry for service today, and thought since I was in the area I would try Simpsonville again. One of the associates did greet me and was pleasant, even though she did make it clear that should could not accommodate me because of âpolicyâ. But the manager, who began to chime in, had a rude and nasty tone the entire time she addressed me. She kept saying that she âwouldnât break policyâ, and she âwouldnât eat the cost of the serviceâ that was promised by Oxmoor when I made my purchase. YETâŚ.the whole time she spoke to me she had a vape pen in her hand and put it up to her mouth several times. Iâd like to know if Kays policy allows employees to vape while in the store, especially while talking to customers. SoâŚtoday was my last time walking in Simpsonville Outlet store. Their level of customer service and courtesy is something I do not intend to subject myself to on the future, especially when I am spending that type of money when purchasing an item. With the level of business I see them have every time I walk by, or LACK OF BUSINESS, you would think they would appreciate any opportunity to make a sale and keep a. customer. I guess not! I will just make the trip to go to Oxmoor...
   Read moreJust by chance, walking into Kay's to browse one weekend and from the beginning we were greeted and made to feel welcomed by all the employees there at the store. Sandee was the salesperson who approached us first. I was considering looking at the engagement rings-which can be a trying experience- but Sandee was very patient, explained a variety of things from diamond quality to options for payment. Needless to say she made the sale and I was definitely satisfied with the entire process. Fast forward almost a yr later and here I am back again to see Sandee and the other staff, who remember us each time when we walk in! Same great service and quality. We tried to go to another Kay's, while out of town, just for a ring cleaning and felt as if we were a bother and they didn't seem to have any desire to help us. Needless to say we will ALWAYS be returning to see Sandee and the other ladies who are more than happy to help! They have a customer for life! This is the location people should visit for great customer service, knowledge of product and a non pressure...
   Read moreWell where do I begin. I went into the store in Schaumburg last year to just look around. The sales people were so informative and talked with me abt a diamond show they had coming. We then booked us a appt and walked out that day with a beautiful ring all custom made. I then went into the store in Simpsonville and talked with those sales people. I again made another appt for another diamond show. I was impressed but nothing caught my eye. I spoke with Sandee and her team abt my dilemma. They then told me abt me designing my own wedding ring. Went into to make my own wedding ring .We had to have it by certain time which wouldn't be ready for. Then went into the store today for another appointment and found 2 beautiful wedding bands. I was even able to increase my credit with them to cover the rings. So long story short the ladies in this store are fabulous and I will highly recommend going here.
