The stores are extremely hard to find, maps around the premises are difficult to understand & it took over 30 minutes just to be able to locate a Bath & Body Works. They also don't have a Sephora store & this is supposed to be an outlet that has great deals on merchandise however everything is priced pretty much exactly as much as actual mall prices are. Not much of a food court selection either. I also had to flag down a security guard while shopping here in order to be able to find/locate my husband since he decided to meet me back at the car & was going to wait there for me to finish shopping since there was so much walking/physical activity involved in just getting from point A to point B. He was unable to find his way back to our car. A security guard had to help escort him to the Bath & Body Works store so he could find his way at least back to me if not the car/right way out. I had already left there though & had a panic attack when I realized my husband had not made it back to the vehicle while I was shopping. A security guard had to help us find each other & thank God for him because I don't know what we would have done. The whole experience definitely made us not want to return again & I am highly recommending that you skip this place & just go to a real shopping...
Read moreDrove 3 hrs to do back to school shopping here. They also support the military and veterans with discounts in just about every store. Only one store wouldn't give a discount being I'm a retired/disabled Veteran and not active duty or reservist. It is what it is and we didn't argue.
There can be long lines on the weekends so keep that in mind, especially the Nike Store. We actually stayed over night an exit up in Shelbyville, so we left and came back when the crowds would be less. To our surprise... the Nike Store had closed early, so we were unable to shop there. We did show up early enough Sunday morning before the Nike Store opened up, but still had to stand inside. We did make it inside once the doors opened, but they looked pretty well cleaned out. It wasn't worth waiting in line for in my opinion, but you don't know until you go I side. Lol.
Overall there are a lot of stores with a lot of deals, and if you sign up for their email list you can get 15% off in some of them. Then I just unsubscribed after I walked out, and will repeat the same process again...

The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass truly stands out among all the outlets I’ve visited, whether in Los Angeles, Texas, Miami, Orlando, or elsewhere. Out of all these places, this one feels like the best of them all!
I believe my experience was enhanced by visiting on a weekday. There were endless parking spots, making the arrival stress-free. The selection of stores includes all the top brands, which made shopping a pleasure, and the promotions were genuinely good and honest.
Shopping here felt peaceful and liberating. Unlike other outlets that often feel crowded and chaotic, this place offered a near-magical experience. The staff members were well-trained, cheerful, and professional, which added to the enjoyable atmosphere. It was such a relief to shop in a place where people truly understand customer service.
Honestly, I usually dread the thought of shopping at busy outlets, but The Outlet Shoppes of the Bluegrass makes me look forward to coming back. It was a fantastic experience, and I’m...
