I don't know if the employees are paid on commission, but it seemed as such. I came in after recently switching from cigarettes to disposable vape pens. I was looking for a similar rechargeable vape. I told the employee I was looking for a starter kit around $20. He immediately stopped me and stated that for "quality purposes" I would not be able to get started for any less than $50 for juice, battery, and all. That is "where they usually try to get people to" because the lower cost options would cause problems and need replaced quickly. Also, they don't carry ANY juice for less than $20, according to this employee. I left this store and went to Vape On where I was able to obtain everything I needed for $35. The battery I got was $25 and has rave reviews online, and my juice was $6. I read reviews before visiting this location and figured they would be more helpful based on my needs and wants instead of a price tag. My husband bought a SMOK SPECIES KIT and spent around $100 just for the screen to glitch not even after a full week. When purchased, he was told there was a 30 day warranty, there was no specifics on what was covered or not. He also was NOT informed that you hard charge the set up and not to use the USB. When he went into the store today to ask to be taken care of, he basically was told he was a LIAR and they will not replace it or help the situation. HOOSIER E CIG IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS. Review Edit: April 2020, Mark is exceptional. I delt with him before at his old shop and he is one stand up guy. He has always been helpful and a straight fwd guy. The pre:review (3 stars) was before I knew he worked there a few years back. I seen they asked what to do for a 5 star review and it's done. Have Mark!
